Complete Scam!

Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I requested a refund because the shirt was too small for my son and the quality was horrible. I reached out to customer service in November 2023 and was given directions on how to return items. Shipping cost me $20.00. I have not heard from them since after multiple outreach.

The quality of the shirt is poor. I ordered a black dress shirt that not only ran too small, but the zipper was silver so it would be impossible to conceal.

I immediately reached out with everything that their return policy stated. It took several days for them to respond and ask if I wanted to exchange it.

After stating once again I wish to return the shirt, they finally responded with return instructions.

I paid $20 to ship the shirts back to address with the order number on the label as instructed. The tracking indicated the package was received at the address provided on 12/21. I am writing this on 1/6 after sending two follow up emails for them to confirm they received my return. No response. I also reached out on instagram. No response at all. This is a SCAM. Save your money and time.

I received a shirt I ordered from VTKix that was too small. Mailed back following their instructions at my expense 3 weeks ago. Emailed twice asking for some kind of expectation as to when the next larger size replacement would arrive, never responded.
No customer service - no phone number - no address.

Ordered shirts, too small, but there was also no sizing chart. Want to return them, but "their policy" is to pay for return shipping? Also, I was expected to wait on them to receive the product back before they'd consider an exchange or refund? Err... no. Put a size chart on your website if you're going to have non typical sizes. Also, sending back the product just so you can make the decision later? Extra no. This company is terrible.

These are all fake reviews on here. This is a Chinese based company and they scam their clients. I purchased 2 shirts from them received them and they were horrible quality. Then I returned them and they kept my money. This is their scam stay far far away!

I have emailed 4 times about returning my order, as what I ordered was too small and have zero response. There is a phone number on their website but all it does is tell you to send an email or submit a request via their site. I see people saying great customer service but I have yet to have any response.

Rough fabric, bad quality. Not worth it!
Delivery took almost a month.

The shipping time was exceptional and the product not only looked as shown but was well made. I bought a pair for my son and grandson (9). My grandson loves them and wears them to church breaking them in before a Feb. wedding he is in.

Had an issue with the size. I was able to return it back and they replaced it with a larger size. Great customer service.

Ordered a dress shirt for ~$50. It is of comically low quality, I would never consider wearing it and I am not a high-brow fashion guy.

Calling it a "High quality dress shirt" is bordering on actual fraud. While still in the shipping plastic bag, wavy stitch seams were visible. The zipper is a bulky, clowny, cheap plastic mess (which is GLUED IN lol) that looks more at place in a childrens costume than clothes for an adult.

Whatever sweat shop this mess came out of needs to get its act together. Even for third world expectations, this is garbage.

Got the shirts. Low quality material. Looks bad. Feels bad. Fits bad. Generally a waste in every aspect.

They kept me updated on when my product shipped and when I could expect to receive it. They were forthright and kept their word!

Shirts are smaller than their Size charts. I bought L and it feels like an S on me.

They are unresponsive, I would not spend money on this. I was super excited about my shirt.

Also the material feels way thicker than a nice shirt.

Excellent It was a gift for my son. Unfortunately yesterday when he went to work one of the shoes got caught in the escalator and was distorted. It was his birthday gift. I’m going to need another pair.
