Excellent company. The level of professionalism is outstanding. A breath of fresh air compared to so many poor companies out there. I had an issue (not Vroma’s fault) which was resolved perfectly. Thanks so much.
Ordered and paid for next day delivery from this sham of a company.
It was not until two days later when I had to contact them that I subsequently found out that my gds were damaged in transit (supposedly).
They did not inform me. I had to find out myself.
When I asked for the trims to be delivered again and requested a refund of the next day delivery charge as they failed to deliver it was stated to me that they don't do that...I can have my trims delivered again or a full refund.
I lost my tiler as a result and no refund regards the agreement I entered into with this company.
Do not order from this company they are willing to produce a contract that you enter into but subsequently do not honour that contract.
This is an example of the greed and unprofessionalism customers have to put up with in our society.
