Worst experience ...they show destination reaching time as 10:30 but they take you 1:00pm to your destination

Very bad service
We reached very late.due to rainfall my expensive clothes were dirty
And also Important documents were wet
It's a very bad experience
We felt like we are traveling in city bus

The worst and worst experience. Unacceptable Service: Bangalore to Hubli Bus
I'm furious about the terrible service on the Bangalore to Hubli route. We booked tickets for the 10:30 PM AC sleeper bus, but it never arrived, The bus left without picking my old mom. Waiting for over an hour with no explanation is unacceptable, The service is so **** VRL its high time to make ensure safety for ladies. And hire some responsible drivers.

Bus drivers don’t have a decency to talk when requested to keep a luggage bag down I was directly said no and the way the driver replied as if he is making money for keeping luggage . When I have payed for a ticket and all asked to keep my 1 luggage bag down. May be I am from a different state but when someone talks rudely I can understand. So I just step down and I saw he was demanding 800 to keep some other persons box ??luggage. I also informed the management but it looks they all work hand in hand. Vrl got a big reputation that the only reason I choose. And they are prety decent

DO NOT BUY FROM VRL. I bought 2 pairs of boots from facebook link, they were not like the image in the advert. I emailed them, they said I could send them back, it cost me £21.00 to do this. I did not get my money back and they have the boots. How can companies get away with this. I emailed them many times, got no reply. All in all I am out of pocket by £80 includes postage. Thieves and liars.

I bought a jacket off a Facebook link and said it was a good quality winter coat.. got the jacket and it is sweat shirt material and didn’t look anything like it did online.. customer service said too ship back but could reorder something and that was Dec, 2019. I have emailed twice and no response!!

Seriously bad quality boots that took forever to arrive and were shocking when they arrived. I was promised a refund after sending the boots back and now I'm being ignored. So they have my money and my boots. Thieves and liars. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered boots in October arrived damaged -also very poor quality. So asked for refund told no but to order new boots. Ordered pair still waiting emailed asking now to get refund as it has been way too long and they are ignoring my emails. Please do not buy from this company.

I wish I could add a minus star to my review. Boots ordered, nothing like they looked in the advert, thought it would be safe to buy as advertised via Facebook. They offered me an alternative and said keep the boots, but the alternative order never arrived and now they appear to be no longer trading. A disgusting way to run a business, and it should not be advertised via Facebook. Very misleading

Absolutely dreadful quality Item received. Started a complaint through PayPal but despite supplying the tracking number they said my details were incomplete and closed the complaint.
Tracking shows as delivered back to supplier but no refund (as expected), awful quality ’Aspen Boots’ over $40 and £20 to return with no refund. Avoid, avoid, avoid

Wish I could give no star. Bought their north face jacket. Site was a .co.uk so easy to return I thought. Wrong! Jacket was supposed to be 16 but more like a 10. PayPal intervened but ultimately closed the case as I could not provide tracking of the item back. Cost of item was $44 although I paid €40. Cost to return to CHINA €50.95. Lesson learned review online retailer thoroughly.

Really Poor Quality and Narrow Fitting
Received a pair of UK size 4 boots. I am a 3.5 but thought I would give myself a little more room, however, I can't even get these on. They are exceptionally narrow and the quality is appalling. Looks nothing like the picture and to top it off, the boots arrived and by the time the company had replied to me, the 15 day refund period had expired. I wouldn't even pay £5 for these boots in Primark never mind $44. Absolute SCAM.
Lesson learned.

I bought off them over 2 months ago. Didn't receive my item and they replied saying that there was a measurement fault and offered me an alternative which looked the same so I agreed. I still haven't received my item so I asked for a refund. SILENCE.... SCAM!!!!

If they send me my money back I'll retract this review. Otherwise I'm going on every website to share this scam.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! STOP!! Do NOT waste your money. Quality is terrible. I purchased a sweater and the buttons are glued on opposed to sewn on. The material is very rough. The sweater is poorly made and uneven.

I ordered before reading the reviews and that left me really worried that I had made a big mistake. However, although the order took a couple of weeks to get here, it did arrive and the quality of the hoodie I ordered is very good. The boots are perhaps not the best of quality but they are absolutely fine for the price that I paid and for what I want them for.
I think you just have to bear in mind that the order probably will take a while to get here as it is coming from Asia. They did respond to my query when I chased the order (after reading other reviews) and their response was honest and accurate.

Stay well away from these Chinese peddlars of trash. They change names frequently and have absolutely no returns policy. The worst part is that PayPal will not support you. I've finished with that lot as well. They are all unbelievable

I ordered the Aspen winter boots. They are nothing like the picture as they are too short. The picture looks like they are mid calf when actually they are cheap ankle boots. They smell funny too. I, like a lot of reviewers can't even be bothered to send them back. Their delivery was slow so their refunds will be even slower.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased! Absolutely dreadful quality boots, cheap plastic and smell foul! The Fit is a joke, although I wouldn’t be wearing them anyway!
Asked for address for return as nothing in the parcel and no returns label anywhere. Finally got a response, in very bizarre broken English basically saying no refund possible but will give me a voucher for price I paid for anything else from their website!
NO THANKS!
I guess I’ll put this down to experience and my own silly fault for not researching properly this website.
STEER CLEAR PEOPLE!

Never again. I should have gone with my instinct. A pair of boots costing under £40 are probably going to be poor quality. And how right I am. They are awful and look like they’ve been put together in 10 mins. Some horrible smelly chemical covers them. They took 4 weeks to arrive. Should be maximum of 20 days. The boots are going straight to a charity shop (if they’ll take them)! Avoid this company like the plague
