Custumer service is a rude joke
Tag was partially ripped off on a 300€ hoodie. 15€ for shipping.
When I tried to return they told me I have to pay for tax, duty and shipping AGAIN! It would mean a 248€ fees in total for returning a broken 300€ hoodie. Damn.
Emails from custumer service where rude, agressive and extremly arrogant, customers are clearly dumb and obstacle, worst custumer service ever, refusing to take any responsibility.
This is a joke not a real shop.
