A little bit of a wait for recovery …
A little bit of a wait for recovery for my car that failed to start whilst I was out shopping. Mechanic arrived who was exceptionally nice friendly and very very helpful and experienced. It was the car battery that failed so he boosted it up so enabled myself to get home. Recommendations for a new battery. Great service. Highly recommend

Excellent service used this company for many years 2nd time to have them out. The time frame they gave me was two hours arrived way before that. The gentleman who came was excellent explained erverthing and advised what I needed to do. Would definitely recommend this company.

Outstanding. Breakdown mechanic arrived in 5 minutes! I didn't even have time to read the text update. Worked out pretty quickly what was wrong and got me going. Thanks Glen!! So glad I ditched AA. Oh, and my friend waited FOUR hours recently with RAC.

(Glen) Arrived within 30 mins of my call. Found the problem, and safely escorted me from a motorway services to their garage about 10 mins away. Removed the faulty part. Took it to their parts supplier for a replacement. Returned and installed the replacement part. Charged me for the part (labour etc was covered by my insurance/breakdown cover). I was on my way, all sorted, in about 4 hours from my initial call (to my breakdown agent).
An excellent service, and all carried out in a professional manner. Couldn’t fault the whole experience. Thanks all.

I have home start, and my car didn't start. I contacted the breakdown service, who were prompt. They told me the recovery vehicle would be with me within 1 and a half hours, (approx 12.30). I could track the vehicle from then. Within 20 mins Josh was at my house. He remembered me from a call out in November '25. He was his usual efficient self, kept me informed all the way through. He told me what in his opinion was wrong and towed my car to my garage. Prompt, efficient service all around.

Called out by my insurance company to…
Called out by my insurance company to recover my car from accident. I was initially given a 90 minute window, however the recovery truck arrived within 45 minutes. Was grateful for the earlier arrival as I was on my own and my car was in an awkward position blocking traffic.
Only comment I would make is that had I not taken details of the secure location my car was being taken to, no follow up directly to confirm.

Pub breakdown
Great to be able to see where the recovery truck was on a map, updated each minute so I had an idea how long it would be. The guy was friendly and efficient when he arrived. I was lucky to break down near a pub. So I could have a couple of pints and a meal while I waited. Could have been worse.
