The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The package with the T-shirt was not handed over to UPS. I addressed this situation with support but no one responded to my 10 emails. Only after 18 days from ordering did I receive a message that the package had been returned to them, which I don't understand since the package had not been sent, and that they would refund my money. No apology, no detailed explanation, no contact and why the package was not sent again, absolutely nothing. A complete disaster. I hope at least the money arrives back safely. I recommend everyone to avoid this e-store.

I would give this company 0 if I could, bought a Rossi t shirt for hubby, great t shirt but too small so returned it and despite constant emails they just keep saying it’s not in their warehouse and can they help with anything else!, thought I was making progress when after further emails they asked for proof off postage, sent all the screen shots and codes etc etc, still nothing, so I did some digging its in Italy in customs and has been for over a month, and still no help so iam without a T-shirt and £50 down, disgusting service lesson learnt.

Nice, quality products if a little overpriced.
HOWEVER if anything goes wrong with your order prepare to be extremely frustrated with their absolutely terrible customer service and ridiculous returns/warranty policy.
These people do not listen to their customers and you get passed from one person to another with generic replies to any questions/comments, they really do not care.
It's a real shame that someone like Valentino Rossi has such a bunch of disinterested people working in his company, I am very disillusioned with this company that I had high expectations of.
I will never attempt to purchase from them again and would advise others to steer clear.
