Great customer service turned a disappointing experience into a positive one
I’ve been a loyal customer of Vanquish Fitness since 2017 and have placed many orders over the years.
Recently, I had an issue with a pair of shorts where the logo started peeling after the first wear, which was disappointing.
However, the customer service was excellent – Chelsea handled my case quickly and professionally and offered a very fair solution without any hassle.
Because of that, I will continue to support the brand and appreciate how seriously they take customer satisfaction.
