Ordered 2 VPS for 1 year upfront.
Ordered 2 VPS for 1 year upfront.
Right from the beginning they kept changing my root password without my permission. I reinstalled the servers for 3 times and each time someone eventually changed my root password.
When confronted and asked for a refund -- they refused and even ignored the issue.
Then I wrote a topic about them in WHT - other memebers said they probably can issue 1 same IP to 2 or more different clients, so that's why it's causing it.
Of course, they didn't admit it, refused to refund and just ignored my tickets and closed it eventually.
AVOID AT ANY COST.
It's a blatant scam.

Confirms services before booking that cannot be provided after all (Debian 11).
No response after several days on tickets. With ID: #062130 I wait until today for 8 days and with #840849 for 2 days.
