Great customer service. I was having issues with loading a trading software on my server space, and started a chat on a Sunday morning with customer support (Leo), with very low expectations to achieve much in solving my issue. Leo was a star and after loading up some screen shots of the issue and him seeing the problem he contacted the tech team immediately. He suggested I opened a ticket as well as he wasn't confident he would get much luck with them if I was in a hurry. I wasn't half way through writing the ticket up and Leo was pinging me back saying the tech team had updated some ancillary software and will report back as soon as the updates were done, A server reboot may be required. Being a cheeky customer, I kindly asked if they would upload the software to my space as well (while they were there).. he only got that sorted as well. So within half and hour and starting with no expectations, we went from nothing to all updates done and new software uploaded no qualms! Well done, and thanks team VPS, I was considering suspending my subscription, but am very much reconsidering this now. 5* wasn't enough!

I had opted for a 1-year contract. After 14 days, it turned out that I would no longer need a VPS after all. Support released me from the contract without any problems, even though I was already 1 day past the notice period. Cancellation and crediting went very smoothly. Thank you very much for the service!

I am their customer for over six months.
During this time I have had various issues, but all of them were eliminated very quickly and professionally or my doubts (about ping issue) were was only my doubts.
VPS is the not new services for me and they service is the best for me at the moment and I plan to stay with them in the future. Great guys! Thank you!

I have been using VPSFOREXTRADER for a while now and never had any issue, but I recently had an issue with dedicated server that they tried best to resolve. It was resolved as per them but I wasn't satisfied and they still was very humble and offered me full refund.

I have had a dedicated VPS account with this company for almost 2 years. I recently opened another one. These VPS accounts are active at the moment. I find them very responsive to over 95% of the issues I have raised with them. They use actual agents to trouble shoot your problem and resolve them and not Bots. I find that very relatable. I still intend to scale my business and it will most likely still be with them
