SCAM
I used V post because it was recommended by Australia Post (I was using Ship Mate)
My parcel is confirmed as delivered on 10th May to V post address, but I have not received any correspondence. No reply to any emails. No way of contacting other than email.
It looks like the whole thing is a SCAM

Vpost Japan Shipped on 26/4 but item lost track and where..
I decided to use Vpost Japan to ship my purchase and it was delivered to Vpost Japan and shipped out on 26 April. Untill today I have yet to receive my parcel. No status update on Vpost and speedpost tracking system. My parcel is like disappearing. Vpost is slightly cheaper than Rakuten International but lesson learnt, no more Vpost please.

Overcharge Shipping Charges by VPost for Small Item Package
Hi, has anyone here fell for the latest VPost marketing tactic that they will start removing their Base Charges, effective from May 9th 2022. I'd been giving frequent business to VPost and shipped out several times from UK-SIN. Since early May 2022, VPost started this campaign that they will have New Pricing structure and remove the Base Charges, and charge accordingly based on Actual Weight of packages. I trusted in them and recently bought 2 cups and 2 very small cutlery set, which I'm very sure the Actual weight of the items weigh very little. and with the latest drop in the GBP, I took the opportunity to purchase the 2 cups and 2 small cutlery sets in UK. and now my package has arrived at VPost UK Facility, and to my shock, VPost now charging me SGD$90.00 for Standard Shipping (which takes 4-10 days), this is very expensive. The Shipping charges are now costing even more than what I paid for my items (2 cups and 2 small cutlery sets). Now that I contacted Vpost to give me some discounts, they only reply that it is Standard charges! Very bad Service attitude. and the Customer service agent was not interested to file a Case ID for me. This is very shocking that VPost is charging SGD$90.00 for an item package of 1.6kg only and I don't even know how they weigh my Item package at 5kg based on Volumetric weight!
Now I really don't wish to ship out at the cost of SGD$90.00 just for this small package. This is really the last time I'd ever want to use VPost Services as I feel their charges are Opaque and ridiculously charging even for long term customers like myself.

vPost service is really bad. As in bad to the core. I have ordered an item in the UK and I have paid March 3. Until now, it has not moved or updated in my vPost account. Last tracking history was "Paid". Should I be happy that at least they acknowledged they received the package? And then happily took my money for shipping which looks like they don't intend on doing?
It seems that vPost is very good in only getting your shipping fee and then doing nothing. How about actually shipping out my package? Or at least updating the status on my account.
I have sent emails multiple times, ignored. I've chatted thru SingPost, I was given a generic answer it is on the way to Singapore, heck I was sending to Australia. And when I called it out, person on the chat said "oh send an email". I am beyond emails now as it gets ignored. Someone is either sitting on my package or have already stolen it. I am now just waiting for my package to be marked as lost. This is very low for vPost. If you cannot provide good service or at least look after your customers, then shut it down.

Such a bunch of scam artists
Such a bunch of scam artists. They advertise that they will ship golf clubs, so I made an order. When my goods got to the warehouse they claimed they were dangerous goods and would not ship to Australia. They are not on this list of "Items that vPost does not ship from USA" so I don't know what the problem is. Just useless. They are unresponsive to emails. I will never use again. I'd much rather stab myself in the leg with a fork.

I have always used your service in the past but I must say this time I got really disappointed.
I paid you on February 12th... and the status update says my item was shipping out 3-4 days after and that I would receive my package latest February 28th.
I have talked to your agents online thrice and no one gave me any satisfying responses other than "we will help you in all possible ways" "we sincere apologize..." and other template answers. Someone even told me they would send me an email of the delivery update but they never did.
Today is March 7th, my package hasn't arrived yet so it has been a week late. I contacted your agent again and guess what.. they told me the item is still held in the US ?? after 3 weeks really???
To make it worse, when I asked them how come it's been held up in the US custom for 3 weeks (I am only shipping my wedding shoes fyi) and when can I expect it to arrive.... your agent DISAPPEARED. They just stop responding. Is this really how you train your customer service to handle enquirers?
Your price is not cheap yet I still trusted your service because I have never had any problems before. But this time I am not sure if I would even get to wear my wedding shoes.

Very expensive
Functionally vPost has worked for me as promised, complete and in a timely fashion, however the shipping costs were way more expensive than I would have reasonably expected. They do not repack items for you into a single carton, instead simply sending multiple items in their original cartons and adding onto the costs with each extra item. On top of this they include their own processing fee of $22.50.
All up my delivery of three items (about 30x20x10 cm and less than 1 kg each) cost me over $100 to ship to Australia, which is roughly what I would have been charged if I just got each item shipped directly from their original vendors, and thankfully free shipping within the USA is pretty common otherwise that would have greatly increased the costs.
You are better off asking any friends you might have within the USA to be a shipping agent for you as I am sure they will actually be able to keep costs down for you.
Misleading info on Website
1st time using Vpost for shipment from UK and this bitter experience will be the 1st and last time using them.
On website it mention 2 days for order to be reflected upon receipt but 5 business days later there is still no update. Customer service response was condescending and when pointed out about service quality the response was that the warehouse is very big and they received many parcels so it takes time to be updated.
In Yr 2022, if you need to use this excuse, it tells user how competent and outdated the system you are using.

Don’t use them!
Update: received a response from them. They offered a refund + reimbursement of cost of the goods.
They asked me to email back my bank account details for reimbursement!!
Seriously??
How stupid do they think I’am?
Goes without saying I wont be handing over my bank details; and still have not received a refund to my CC that they charged (nothing stopping them doing that!).
So, no parcel, no refund, and they want my account details. If they are not a scam, they are at a minimum, unprofessional.

They are absolutely useless. My tracking says it they have received the shipping information but haven’t received the item. This was the 20th of January now the 9th of Feb. I contact Australia post they confirmed they received the information however don’t have the item.
I ring and finally get through to them and you get generic garbage essentially waiting for you to give up. I was ask what proof do I have that it hasn’t arrived despite the fact they have the same tracking number as me. I asked them to liaise directly with Australia post and they said they can’t. Not sure why other then out of pure laziness or uselessness. I have been told they will get back to me but after two phone calls they never do.
Absolutely horribly poor customer service. Will never order through this company again.
Save yourself the money and find a different forwarding service.

1st time user of VPost and being messed arround
Ordered item and got it sent to VPosts warehouse in the US as they were advertised by Australia Post. I wish I checked the reviews first.
My parcel arrived at their warehouse on the 26th Jan 2022 (its now the 7th Feb) and I've called up each day since to get an update - I've been told verbally that they can see the item has arrived but it just has not got my identifier to link it to my vpost account and requires proof of purchase and delivery - Sent that off and the next day I get an email saying it's not been delivered and need to contact my merchant?
Each time I call in they say I will be updated today and I get nothing - Each day.... contacted them on social medias and I just get a generic someone will be in touch and no one ever does. I've waited a while to post this review just incise it does come back good and there was a misunderstanding.
Please if possible steer away from this company as I may have lost an expensive item - I will update this at the end of the week.

Do not use VPost. I recently ordered something from the United States. It arrived at the VPost warehouse and I paid the VPost shipping fees the same day. It has now been sitting in the VPost warehouse for 6 days, despite the fact I have paid for shipping. I have emailed VPost twice to find out what is happening. They have not responded.

Please DO NOT USE VPost, especially for shipping parcels from US to Singapore. My Amazon US order was delivered for over a week, and was never tracked by VPost. After sharing my Amazon order receipt as well as UPS tracking code, VPost asked me to share a Proof of Delivery with signature of their US warehouse employee. AVOID PLEASE!

Parcel stays in the warehouse 3 days after payments was made before shipping out to designated location.
Tracking will always say "items can not be found"
Then it takes more than 10 days after the status of "shipped out"
On top of it makes you pay for unnecessary TAXATION!
What kind of crap service is this? Air freight takes more than 10 days?

No communication what so ever!!
My packages arrived at the US warehouse and i declared them and paid for them, weeks passed and nothing, so i emailed and asked when they would be shipped out they said they had an issue printing the labels and it would shipped out in tomorrows shipment to Australia, that was a month and a half ago.
They created a new shipping label with Australia Post but have not shipped out according to the tracking. I have 3 packages in this order totalling hundreds of dollars.
No one is replying to my emails, i want the service i paid for!!!!!!
