Different Outsourced Customer Service officer each week

Customer service is outsourced and not local to Singapore. I assume they had inadequate trainings to handle certain situations.

Customer services have no empathy and gives textbook responses even if it does not make sense to the situations.

A new customer service officer will reply to your emails each week and they will have no clue or bothered to understand the situation and past emails and instead gives you another generic textbook answer which you can find yourself in vpost website. It is very frustrating to get something done via vpost.

First time shopping on vpost

First time shopping on vpost. Got my suite ID and bought things worth 1,400USD to the USA warehouse, was waiting for it to show up on my account. A few days after delivery, I was unable to log in as it showed the account has been terminated. I emailed the support right away and was told to send merchant invoice. It’s been 1 week since I sent the invoice and there is still no update on the packages. Would not recommend to use them at all. They just terminated my account as and when they like. I don’t even know if I will ever get my packages. The support is terrible also. Disappointed to see such service from SingPost.

DONT EVER USE VPOST FOR HIGH VALUE GOODS

I sent about 2k SGD of packages to vpost usa to be shipped to Singapore. When the packages arrived, I was quoted more than $900 to ship 4 small packages to Singapore. Nobody would pay that exorbitant price. I requested it to be returned/redirected and paid the necessary fees. A few days later I got a email saying the request got rejected by the carrier with no further explanation. I contacted the support to find out why it was rejected and I still have not gotten a reply for 2 weeks. When I tried to log in recently, it shows that the account has been terminated. I did not ask for a termination at all. It looks like to me that vpost is purposely charging extremely high prices and if you ask to return/redirect, they will close your account. This is outrageous. I will never use vpost again.

VPOST CLAIMS THE PACKAGES HAS BEEN RETURNED TO MERCHANT, YET I AM STILL GETTING NOTIFICATIONS THAT THE 30 DAY FREE STORAGE IS OVER. THE MERCHANT HAS NOT RECEIVED THE PACKAGE BACK AND I EVEN REQUESTED THEM TO GO TO THE WAREHOUSE TO COLLECT IT AND THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED TO DO SO. VPOST IS A SCAM, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTREME PRICES TO SHIP TO SINGAPORE, AND IF YOU ATTEMPT TO REDIRECT TO THEIR COMPETITORS, THEY WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND KEEP YOUR PACKAGES FOR THEM. I FILED A POLICE REPORT BUT THE OFFICER SAID, NOTHING MUCH CAN BE DONE. I AM IN LOSS THAT HOW CAN SINGPOST ALLOW THIS BS TO CONTINUE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRENDOUS COMPANY IF YOU SHIP HIGH VALUE GOODS, THEY WILL JUST CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND KEEP THE GOODS FOR THEMSELF AFTER THE 30 STORAGE DAYS HAS EXPIRED, THEY WILL "DISPOSE" IT, WHICH MEANS THEY GET TO KEEP IT AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING YOU CAN DO.

BUNCH OF STEALERS

I shipped over 20 plus packages worth more than 3K USD sent to post USA Warehouse and they terminated my account. THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY PACKAGES!
I emailed them the tracking numbers of my packages and they are keep emailing me template reply for close to 3 weeks.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend this service at any time without assigning any reason.

Dont ever use them, bunch of stealers. They can just terminate your account like that. Now I don't know what to do. This has caused such immense stress that I cant sleep at night thinking about them. I cant even go to the warehouse and visit them as they are in USA. I cant even do anything. I am so helpless. Please please stay away from these scammers. I really dont know what to do, I am taking in such a huge loss. This is extremely depressing for me. I cant take the stress any more. Its too much for me.

I sent 2 packages worth 1k to Vpost USA warehouse more than 1 week ago, waiting for it to show up on my account, When I tried to log in a few days ago, It was showing that the account was terminated. I contacted the support and nobody is replying me. Now my package worth 1k is held by vpost with no means of access to me. I REGRET USING VPOST! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME!

Charges by volumetric weight

Charges by volumetric weight, pay a lot extra for nothing, item is light just that box is bigger to protect the item. Stupid way of charging unreasonably, ended up should have brought locally. Still ask me to measure the box to check to resolve the dispute. Ended up no solution. Waste of time and money to use them. Beware it is very scam like, if your package is huge DO NOT USE THEM, they will charge you a lot and you will get a good shock.

Vpost lost my expensive package.

It's been 11 days but still no news or update on my parcel. I tracked the parcel it has been delivered to my Vpost USA address on 24 Feb. Now is 7th March, 11 days has passed. Both the company that sold the item to me and the courier service had stated my parcel is delivered to Vpost. Vpost must have lost my item. My item cost about SG$800. What's the point of using a USA Vpost address if they ensure the safety of your parcel and lost your package. Called Vpost Hotline for 2 times and emailed Vpost for 3 times. Officer kept telling me to wait. They cannot locate my parcel at USA Vpost. This is very frustrated and dissapointing on Vpost service and reliability. If Vpost cannot retrieve my parcel I will stop using Vpost service for my future purchase. It made me lose my trust on Vpost oversea. I should have engaged UPS, FedEx or DHL for my oversea order which are more trust worthy.

This is VPOST worst customer service…

This is VPOST worst customer service which I have encountered by far.
My parcels were delivered on 30 Nov 2022 in Vpost warehouse through Amazon US and till now, I have received my items. I have called 4 times to VPOST which I have provided 2 Tracking ID. Of which, I only received a Case ID by SingPost & the response stating that they were unable to find my parcels on these 2 Tracking ID which I have already paid to the merchant.
They pay you lip service when you call them and tell u “I know how frustrating you have experience “ but JUST do nothing about it. Really frustrating to deal with them. Just wanna let everyone know how terrible their service is And totally disappointed that the way they handle a complaint.
Really need a complaint team to handle all these cases instead of a customer lip service department.

Slow and expensive. I have to pay twice as much shipment charges for delivery FOUR times as long.
Loyalty doesn't pay. Advise to SG online shoppers - just ship direct next time rather than put up with this unrealistic service provider

VPOST needs to be accountable

I paid 300 over for my 3 packages to arrive at my doorstep from the UK. And so far despite me being home the entire days when they claimed to have attempted two delivery attempts. After the first supposed failed attempt, I called customer service and was explicit in stating - call me on arrival OR leave it at the condo clubhouse where there’s a receptionist and also many of our deliveries were received previously without any issues. And of cos guess what - 2nd attempt failed again DESPITE ME BEING HOME THE WHOLE DAY! No one called. Nothing. and now on the notice it says 3rd time failed they are going to send it back to sender. Wow. Seriously?!? Your employee / postman or whoever was delivering don’t care about your customers at all. What is our recourse as customers?!? And btw I had taobao deliveries, Lazada ones that arrived to my doorstep within the same period that VPOST FAILED to deliver. So where are my packages and will I ever get them?

The worst delivery company

The worst delivery company. This is the first and last time I will ever use their service again. My parcel was shipped on 12 Jan from Malaysia via vpost . Their tracking status has not shown any updates. It seems that my parcel is missing. The parcel is supposed to be used for the Chinese New Year decoration. Is the company trying to tell me Malaysia is very “far” away from Singapore which they have to take many many days to deliver my parcel 😡😡😡😡😡. FYI, it is Chinese New Year eve tomorrow. Ready a big joke which I don’t find funny at all.

They don’t deserved a star at all.

Utterly Bad Service

As I was writing this review, I have 1 parcel missing & 2 parcels declared dangerous with Vpost China.
The 2 items that they declared dangerous are a keyboard and a bluetooth earpiece.
I dont know what to say but the company is either a scam or an irresponsible one. Use them with care! I lost 3 purchases at one go in the end!

Post Review- I have moved on with using the services of another company providing an identical service and more.
So far, I have found out that their services are far cheaper, provided more options for shipping, fairer charges and excellent customer service so far. I have re-bought all the items I have lost and is not going back to Vpost.
I am really stupid enough to have wasted a lot of my precious time previously in chasing after shadows with their bad customer service that I am utterly avoiding their contact to check on matters now.
Sorry, I do not have enough confidence in your company to solve my issues without wasting my time.

First and last experience with VPOST - it’s been an awful and terrible experience

Hello all, I actually agree with Wesley De Souza’s comment about VPOST because I face a similar situation with them - and it is my FIRST experience, possibly the LAST.

Initial responses were quick because it’s just queries but when I face an issue and asked for an investigation - basically, my parcel wasn’t completely shipped and delivered! - they stopped responding despite providing tracking details VPOST requested and multiple follow ups.

6 days after my last follow up, I called in to follow up and the staff created a case for me, saying that an agent will get back to me. 1 week has passed since my call (total 13 days since I provided information to them by email) and still, I have not been contacted.

Where is my parcel???

VPOST has the absolute worst customer service. They won’t reply you when you email them. They pay you lip service when you call them and do nothing about it. Frustrating to deal with them. I’m going to never use them again and let everyone I know know how terrible their service is. Utterly disappointed.

VPOST by SINGPOST - Lost for words . . .

If there is a -5stars - This company should get the honour!!!

VPOST from SINGAPORE's SINGPOST is a very irresponsible freight forwarder. Parcel reached UK Vpost on 25 Nov 2022, it was checked received twice when I called Vpost Singapore Enquiry but was told to wait 5 working and another 3 working days for a system update. 16 Days have passed and Vpost sent me an email to say "Package could not be located and sorry for the inconvenience". WTH!!

UK Vpost parcel acceptance and photos were all given by local delivery company as proof, and yet Vpost can just simply feign ignorance and steal your parcel???

Wake up SINGPOST!!
Use Vpost at your own risk!!!

Parcel Missing After Delivery to UK VPost Warehouse

I shipped a parcel to the UK VPost warehouse from within UK. The merchant's shipper delivered the parcel at noon on 6 Dec 2022 and provided the name of the recipient and photo as documentary proof. Until now, 2 days later, the item is still not registered in the system. I lodged a complaint to VPost through their website (ticket ID CAS-6793380-X5V3Z9). They replied and asked me for the documentary proofs which I uploaded together with my complaint. It looks like they are just using a bot (and one that is rather unintelligent!) to handle my complaint. This is not the first time this happened. VPost should just close down the business if they have no real interest in providing the service.
Update on 9 Dec 2022: Until now, after another written complaint and phone call to VPost, but redirected to SingPost (CAS-6798815-B7G8H4), there is no response from VPost. Please be your own judge of this company. A total disgrace to Singapore!

I have 9 packages.

4 delayed

5 stuck in China warehouse.

I was told my package have prohibited item. Instructed to provide proof of authenticity end up No reply.

Different customer service agent handle differently. But all keep ask internal team, who is the internal team. I begin to feel that vpost is a scam.

No one reply me and no one Give me a solution.

Can't imagine vpost is powered by singpost.
