Similar story to all the others. Ordered case, never received, at first they responded to correspondence and apologised about delays now emails are just returned. Very clearly a scam. My bank is looking into what can be done.

Got scammed. Lost 224€.
2 months and nothing. Now they deleted the website and instagram page. Is there anything I can do to recover my money? I’ll press a charge on the police.

Delays, delays, broken promises, then zero communication. No product delivered. Avoid. Total scam site.

EDIT: Weeks later (March-June) case miraculously arrived. Case is great but still rating as a 1 due to overall experience. Will never use again.

i ordered my suitcases in december and paid more than 500 euro. after one month of waiting they kept telling me i can either wait or receive a voucher (like why on earth would i want a voucher from a company that doesn't deliver anything). so obviously, i decided to wait and they kept convincing me the order will be delivered soon. however, now they stopped communicating at all and deleted their ig page.. so damn frustrating that they get away with that. contacted my lawyer now which will probably cost me more but I wont let them get away with it.

NEVER buy anything from here- goods will not be delivered - and no refund is possible.. total scam!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this scam company! It is nothing but a huge fraud with an AI-customer support.

Unfortunately this is a scam website and they dont deliver any real services or products. Stay away lost over 400 euro from here. No delivery or answer on mail.

No Delivery for months. Ordered beginning of December, no replies anymore to emails, scam!!‘

I have ordered 2 suitcases, paid more than 300€, there’s no suitcases, they sended and email saying the order was late so I could have a voucher with the amount instead.
No way ! My bank is on the track now, hope to have my money back at some point.
This is a complete scam, no communication at all, the comments were all turn down. Really strange and pathetic when the publicity still coming up on instagram.

Fake company. They are reselling stock. purchased my suitcase end of November still haven’t received it.

FAKE COMPANY!!!! We did NOT receive our goods yet, though we have payed the full amount and since over 4 months now we r waiting for response. This company seems to be FAKE and we can surely NOT recommend anybody to buy from them. They don´t even aswer anymore. NOT SERIOUS!!!!

Don’t bother. The worst customer service I’ve experienced and they clearly contravene EU and British consumer law. Two months after ordering and them not making clear customs charges (£70 in addition to the suitcase) and I still haven’t received it. Total crooks

It took a while with the delivery but the case is good quality and am super happy with it. Clear communication and via the track and trace easy to follow.

I ordered suitcase 28th of November and until now nothing is delivered.

LET OP; dit is een Nederlands bedrijf (en niet Duits zoals aangegeven op de website). De eigenaar is een fraudeur en heeft mijn review laten verwijderen.Zij sturen de koffers via China: SHEIN en Temu of bestelt via China. Je wordt opgelicht! KVK; 91436044. Daar staan al zijn gegeven en dat adres zou ik gebruiken als retour.

WARNING: This is a Dutch company (not German as stated on the website). The owner is a fraudster and has had my review removed. They ship the luggage through China, using platforms like SHEIN and Temu, or place orders directly from China. You will be scammed!
Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 91436044. All the owner’s details are listed there, and I recommend using that address for returns.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Voylo Suitcases. After placing my order, I quickly realized I wanted to cancel it. I contacted their customer service to request a cancellation and refund, but they refused to reimburse my money. Instead, they gave me two unacceptable options: wait 30 days for the luggage to arrive (far beyond a reasonable timeframe) or accept a coupon for future purchases.

This blatantly violates EU consumer rights, which grant a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases with a full refund. Their refusal to honor this legal right shows a complete disregard for their customers and the law.

The only way I managed to get my money back was by opening a case with PayPal, which thankfully sided with me and issued a refund.

I strongly recommend staying away from this company. Their practices are deceptive, and their refusal to comply with consumer protection laws is unacceptable. Don’t risk your money here!

Bought A suitcase 6’th of dec 2024. Still not delivered. The shop is a scam. I have contacted them several times , and they claim they have problems with customs clearance.
