Terrible Company

I spent hours on the internet looking for the perfect light fitment for my new houses kitchen and i found one on the Voyage Maison site,i had previously never heard of them.This was back on June 5th and i ordered it,4 weeks later the apron i ordered arrived but no light,i emailed them and they said as i had ordered the copper fitment they were having to wait for stock and it would not be arriving until September.They offered the silver or gold fitment instead but i said i would wait.Yesterday(26th August) my light arrived but on opening the box they have sent the silver fitment.I have emailed again and apparently they will never be getting the copper again and i should have been informed of this.They have offered for me to return the light but i have now decorated around the colours and style of the shade and that would mean starting again.My husband says he will spray the fitment copper and it should be ok.They have offered me 10% off my next purchase which is a joke as i will never buy off them again.Absolutely awful customer service,they admit they are in the wrong and should at least partially refund me not try and get me to shop there again by dangling a 10% discount which i am sure they know i will not use.

Excess delivery charges.

They will charge you extra to deliver to the Highlands even though they are only in Glasgow. No extra charge to Cornwall though!

We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience and can see that this is relating to our shipping/handling costs. While we can understand that the distance is less than you stated to another area in England, the price tariffs for delivery are entirely set by courier and transport companies. All couriers charge a higher rate of shipping to Scottish Highlands and remote areas than to other UK Mainland addresses due to the frequency of deliveries in these areas being far less. This is common practice within the industry but we apologise if this did not meet your expectations.

Amazing quality cushions.

I have purchased 8 cushions in total all on sale from Voyage Maison in 3 separate orders. Some were a third of the full price. The delivery was quick, ordering easy, and all are well packed. The quality is fantastic, the designs second to none and I’ve been delighted with all 8 cushions. So glad I found them!

Great products but very very poor customer service

Firstly I would like to say that I love what Voyage have on offer. Quality products at great prices. I have purchased directly from their warehouse in Glasgow and also online. There online ordering is very easy and delivery is usually within a few days of placing the order. Their goods are well packaged; although I did once receive a broken mirror. Saying this I was provided with a replacement within a few days. I once returned two pairs of curtains which were unsuitable and it was practically a month before I received a refund. My gripe with Voyage is their total lack of Customer Service. I recently purchased wallpaper and what I thought were matching lights - ceiling light and tall lamp. The ceiling light was perfect but the shade for the lamp was the wrong colour. On contacting them I was advised that they did not “do” the shade in the colour I required and if I did not want it I was at liberty to return it - at my expense. I sent a photo of the shade I received and the shade required (both taken from their website) and it was obvious that they were different. I made numerous phone calls and sent five emails. I was unable to speak to anyone with authority but was told the manager would return my call ........ which I didn’t receive until two weeks later. I had no acknowledgement after my initial email. When I finally managed to get someone to accept that their online picture of the shade was different from what I received I was advised that I could return the goods at their expense!! “The courier would collect them in two to three days” - was what I was told. Six days later I had to contact Voyage again advising that I still had the goods. Andrea called the courier company whilst I was “holding” on the phone and I was advised that the courier company had been in touch with me .....which was totally untrue. (I don’t blame Voyage for this). Finally, 2 hours ago the courier arrived 👌👌. Now all I have to do is wait for my refund. The problem I see is their customer service department is either none existent or poorly staffed. Come on Voyage ....... you have great products but sometimes you have to accept that the customer is right. In my case, your description of the product online was incorrect and you should have admitted so when I first called to advise of this. One month was far too long for this to be sorted.

Received fabulous cushion and matching…

Received fabulous cushion and matching doorstop today! I’d only ordered two days before! Beautiful quality. Had emailed late evening a question regarding a chair and had a very speedy response by very early the next morning. My experience with this company has been excellent!

Thanks to Ruth - vase problem finally sorted

🌸 Finally got to speak to a lady by the name of Ruth in VM Customer Service who sorted my Andromeda vase problem out. Replaced with a Juturna which is a lovely shape and beautiful colour.
Really appreciated Ruth's help as the service had been an absolute disgrace until speaking to her 🌸
This feedback is for my VM online shopping experience (previously been happy with in store purchases over the years from garden centres etc)
Bought a lamp,vase and door stop in their online sale recently.
The Andromeda vase I received is far from the colour/design advertised on their social media platforms. Realise hand blown and won't all be exactly the same but even their Customer Service Rep agreed there was a 'considerable difference' from what I ordered to what I actually got. A horrible dark green in part, I would never have chosen it.
**Can you confirm which vase this is? Just so I can put on the replacement – unfortunately we have no more of the andromeda left**

I replied/confirmed in 11 minutes a week gone Tuesday what I'd like as replacement - no reply.
Sent another email 2 days later asking for an update - no reply.
Tried ringing but kept getting their answering machine. Left 2 messages last week requesting a call back - no call.
Suffice to say I will not spend another penny with VM.
Disgusting way to treat customers and looking at reviews on their fb, I'm not the only one had problems with their products & service.
Definitely do not recommend this company.

AVOID worst company on the planet

If I could give this company a minus review I would.
I placed an order in August and still waiting for delivery. I have asked for a refund as you get fobbed off by this company DO NOT PURCHASE anything from these cowboys unless you want to give your money to someone and get nothing in return. You would be better on gambling your money than give it to this company. your odds are much better. AVOID like COVID
