Not a timed entry ticket for Musee d’Orsay. Thought we had bought a timed entry ticket instead we had to queue for over an hour with my partner who is unable to stand for long periods of time. Also more expensive than if bought ticket direct from Musee d’Orsay and it would have been a time ticket. Livid

Incredibly well organised trip by Michaela. We had to cancel first time at last minute due to flight cancellation but Michaela accomodated us brilliantly and ensured we not only didn't miss out on anything but she even added extra's as some people couldn't go the second day. Made what could have been a nightmare to organise incredibly easy.

Liza was our tour guide in Munich and looked after us from the moment we got off the plane. There was a lot of us which wasn't easy to manage but she got us everywhere and was incredibly friendly and professional throughout.

Can't say enough about both of them and would highly recommend asking for both if booking with Vox Travel.

We were a group of 19 on a stag do in Amsterdam. Lucia organised well for us- good activities and a reasonable price. They were flexible when I wanted to make changes and happy to accommodate my requests. Once we arrived, our contact Steve was very friendly and helpful, and made everything easy for us. We all had a great weekend, and I would recommend voxtravel and use them again.
