No response to emails after asking…
No response to emails after asking where my promised voucher was. They are scamming people into buying products from select companies and then not delivering the voucher.
Lesson learned here, poor comms and misleading.

We understand you’ve been waiting for a reply to your emails. We've looked into this and can confirm that a response was sent from our team on 20th October. We sincerely apologise if this email did not reach you; sometimes they can be diverted into junk/spam folders.
We can also confirm that your reward has been successfully tracked. Our holiday rewards work a little differently, the validation period begins after the travel has been completed. This is to ensure the holiday was taken and not cancelled, and that all terms and conditions of the specific promotion have been upheld by the customer.
Please allow for the standard 90 to 120 days from your return date to receive your giftcard.

I used voucher cloud Xmas 2024 for a trip planned, all went smoothly and I got my voucher. Clear instructions and god customer service. I'm interested to see if they have more vouchers that suit me.

Avoid - rewards not being tracked and honoured
Purchased an EDF dual energy tariff to receive a £40 reward. I followed the correct process, clicked through the activation link, with cookies enabled. I do not have add blockers and used a normal browser window, have been advised it failed to track, very disappointed, seems like a scam to get you to click and purchase via them. Appears the Vouchercloud link affects the tracking as I had cookies enabled, etc.
Contacted customer service, no response to first email. Once I did get a response they advise the purchase has not tracked but that issue appears to be their system issue. I have fulfilled the terms & conditions, no longer receiving responses to emails requesting updates and escalation.
Avoid and purchase via alternative websites or routes.

I wish I had started using vouchercloud years ago! For getting my home insurance, which was far cheaper than other quotes, through vouchercloud I saved money and got a £60 Amazon voucher free. I check in every few days now.

Avoid this company, they won't honour the reward
As lots of others have said, don't bother using Vouchercloud. I did everything required to get a £25 voucher and they even confirmed they were tracking my purchase one week before it started. I completed the purchase and then any acknowledgement of the voucher disappeared from my account. Sent in the evidence via email and was then ignored. Chased up a response via email and X and was ignored. Appalling company.
