Don't expect vouchercloud to pay up
I received an email today thanking me for using Vouchercloud's discount and asking for a review. Thing is, I never actually received the offer. This is the SECOND time I’ve lost out on £60 when buying insurance through Vouchercloud.
On 24 February, given experience, I followed very precise steps: deleted and reinstalled Chrome, logged in to vouchercloud, accepted all cookies, activated the offer, clicked through to MoneySavingSupermarket, accepted all cookies again, clicked through to insurer's website and completed the purchase. The next day, Vouchercloud claimed the activation had expired because I hadn’t made a qualifying purchase within 24 hours — which simply isn’t true.
I don’t have the energy for another long back-and-forth where I provide endless evidence only to be told the tracking failed somehow and there is nothing they can do and to add insult to injury, then offered a token £5 as a goodwill gesture. I rarely have issues with TopCashback or Quidco, and when I did once, they honoured the offer immediately with proof of purchase. Use at your own risk.
Don’t bother!!! I’d give 0 stars if it were possible!
Don’t bother!!!
Absolutely terrible website. I recently booked a trip with Stena line and found on voucher cloud that I could get a £35 voucher with £240+ spend with Stena. I activated my reward and clicked on the link available which took me to stena’s website. I then purchased straight away, less than 15 minutes after receiving the activation link. I waited a few days but hadn’t received an email to say the reward had been tracked so I looked on my account and it showed expired as I hadn’t used it within 24 hours.
I emailed asking for assistance as something had clearly gone wrong. I was asked to send in screenshots which I did but was then told that nothing can be done because it didn’t track. The excuses were either me browsing incognito, not accepting cookies or having blockers in place. None of this is correct as I made clear to the email advisor. So I’ve now lost out on this voucher because of VoucherCloud’s terrible website and they are refusing to do anything about it.
So don’t waste your time because it clearly doesn’t work!

Great when I can get a voucher code and…
Great when I can get a voucher code and save wish they had more codes than the rewards on across all retailers
AVOID, you won't get the cashback
I am normally pretty aufait with cashback sites but Vouchercloud take the proverbial. 'Your transaction will take a random length of time to go payable, we may then send an email to your spam after which you have a very short period to claim it otherwise we will just keep the commission'. In the UK best practice is that vouchers remain valid for at least 2 years and yet vouchercloud seem to think that a few weeks is all they need to make them valid for. And then if you complain they hide behind their T&C, say 'FU Customer' and pocket the commission.
In theory they pay good rates - in practice it is AVOID AVOID AVOID
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Followed all guidelines to get a £60 voucher for taking out home insurance. Received nothing so contacted them, only to be told that my purchased didn’t track so I cannot have the £60 voucher. Complete rip off. I’m very disappointed as I could have used my usual cash back site whom I have no issues with at all.
Trackers don't track
Their voucher code trackers that they offer via the Groupon website don't track. Never had an issue with other Cashback offers - they claim that they won't pay because an ad blocker could've blocked it. Pretty poor service considering that I provided proof of purchase, and other websites like Topcashback have no issues tracking my purchases...
Update: Be persistent - after complaining they approved my voucher
I am a hard working friendly person who looks out for others.
It was very helpful and easy to follow. Very good to be recognised for a voucher.
Avoid
Avoid. I rarely have tracking issues with purchases, but other cashback sites do whatever they can to help in case of issues. Despite being polite, Vouchercloud just refer to t&c and then reject any further help if your purchase doesn’t track. Take a gamble using them and hope tracking works, or better still use a better cashback site.

The delivery charges were waived + Gift card
The delivery charges were waived, and I also got a gift card when I bought sale items from some retailers.
