Really pleased with my Votary order! Everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I also loved that free samples were included, what a lovely touch. Will definitely be ordering again!
I placed an order (#VTUK15636) on their website on April 5. My order was supposedly sent on April 8.
I say supposedly because the DPD tracking number appearing with my order on their website does NOT exist in the DPD tracking system and apparently the only way to track down my order is by downloading some 'shop' app! This is shocking and totally unacceptable!!!!
Why would I want to download that app?!? All I want is to know where my order is!
I tried to reach out to their 'client services' by e-mail but never got any response.
But they debited my credit card alright!
What kind of scam is this?!?
I'm seriously p.... off and will take legal action first thing on Monday.
First and last time I order from them.
I live in the US, they put wrong city and zip code on package but fedfex corrected it .When I received the package, it was tampered with. Two items was missing. I try to contact customer service and they said they resend or refund for me but one item is out of stock. Two months laters I check their website the product is in stock but still no anything back from them either refund or resend the missing product . I know it might not their fault but not mine either. Their product is great I like it after I tried them from box walla subscription. However, with this kind of customer service I would not buy from them anymore or from third party like space space nk. I will talk with credit company if I can get my money back. By the way , the only way you contact them is email I tried to send them more messages about my order but there was nothing back from them. Lastly I also purchased from their sister brand, Verden , the package arrived at the same day in perfect condition.
