Total FRAUD. STAY AWAY

Found this website during a google search for places to purchase Vostok watches. Their product selection is vast, and there are some deals that seem almost too good to be true, but most products seem normal. After making payment, it would appear the business name went from Vostokwatchhub to Juyao Maoyi PTE. LTD. At first, I wasn't too alarmed as many businesses would use a different name and would use another name for the business. But the more I looked into it, the more I am concerned about this company. First, the email for this company is yet another business, decorsstore.shop. When you go to their site, they sell home goods, no watches and purportedly to be based in Singapore. Second and most alarming is that the tracking site they use 17track seems extremely fraudulent. The shipping and tracking information provided by them is vague and highly questionable. When I reached out to them more than a week ago to request concrete shipping information, they never responded. On the tracking site, it indicated the shipment was handed over to local courier, but there was no information as to whom is the courier / shipping company. They have updated to say Post Office, but the sorting facility, the dates and time do not seem legit at all. When I refreshed the tracking, it would showed the next progress, but the date and time are in the future. For instance, yesterday, it was stated that it was moved from a sorting facility to Post Office on June 10th at 15:29. Problem was, it was only 09:00 at the time when I saw the updated tracking. And this morning, it was marked at out of deliver at 12:12. But it was only 07:13 when the message was read. And now it is marked at delivered at 17:24, when real time is only 09:56. This tracking site is a fraud and it used to help the scammers perpetuate their scams.
Anyway, I have opened a dispute with PayPal since I did not receive my purchase. Seller had responded on PayPal that they will refund me but will take 3 days to process. I am going to wait and see before reaching out to PayPal and possibly my CC company if the charges are not reversed by the seller.
Most importantly, this company needs to be taken off. Total FRAUD.
