Thieves!
When our shower broke, we needed an instant repair and Vosse falsely advertise themselves as 24/7 service so we called them. They asked us to send photos and all the details in preperation, which we did, and then they sent a plumber a week later without any of the correct tools. He was unable to take the shower off the wall (which we had already explained prior to the appointment and with the photos) so said he would need to come back with the correct tools. They then sent someone else a week later who had no context so we had to explain the whole thing again. This time he took the shower off the wall, however wasn't able to fix it so said we would have to call the manafacturer. He left even more of a mess and further broke the shower, then we recieved a bill from Vosse for 615 EUROS!!!! We disputed since they hadn't even managed to fix it and they said they 'never guarantee to fix a problem'. Outrageous! Stay away!!!
