Bought this ring and discovered that it did not exist on the GRA Website. It is a scam company operating out of China

Customer service is A+, shipping is great and I have multiple pieces and I love them all. Always watching for new styles.

The company is unresponsive to any replacements or refunds, stone fell out, last March, of 2022. Sent them several emails and pictures, we are now in September of 2023, and they have not sent me a replacement or refund. Stay away from this company, they are untrustworthy!👎

Bought a ring from them too large so sent it back ordered the right size that was in March, still waiting for a refund for the 1st ring,contacted them in April with all the details of postage ,got a reply your refund will be processed ,I cannot get anybody to answer my emails its September now and still no refund absolutely avoid this company if you can wouldn't buy another thing from them, customer service is shocking

If I could give a 0 I would. Order 8 months ago still have not received. Contacted multiple times. Customer service refuses to assist saying item is stuck at shipping. Then they tell me it's been delivered and which I've never received it and that I should do the research to locate it. This company is a ripoff. Do yourself as self a favor and stay away.

I wish I could upload my photo of the ring I received from Vosali. It's absolutely stunning, AND it passed as a diamond on my diamond tester. It is exactly as described. There is a clear photo of my ring on Vosali.com under the "Snowflake Halo" ring. Shipping does take a while (mine took a month), but I was willing to wait. I think these are cheaper only because you cut out the middle man/jeweler's upcharge. The GRA certification also checks out with an accurate laser inscribed number and a QR code that worked flawlessly. I would order from Vosali again and highly recommend them.

Be warned. Despite the flashy ads, and the great presentation and hundreds of great reviews on platforms like Google etc, this company sells fake product. I purchased an AUD300 'moissanite' ring, with the intention of taking it to my jeweller to be reset in a ring with lab grown sapphires. My jeweller tested the stone comprehensively, and it is a cubic zirconia. Lesson learned. I will not buy stones from an online supplier ever again. Hint to others:my jeweller tells me that genuine moissanite is about 6.5 times the price of what Vosali is peddling. Save yourself the embarrassment I feel. Do not touch this company unless you're happy to wear a CZ.

Purchased a ring from them through a Facebook ad. Will never do that again. Unreliable company and their “excellent customer service” is a farce. They shipped the wrong size ring which I didn’t know until I gave it to my wife. I kept it wrapped up until our anniversary the following month. It didn’t fit my wife’s finger & it falls off. So when we got back from our long vacation I contacted them and asked for an exchange to the right size. They refused because it had been more than 30 days. It had been about 60 days but the ring has never been worn. They should still honor their “excellent customer service“ claim and replace the ring with the size I ordered. What a crock.

Lesson learned: never buy from an online company that advertises on Facebook.

I purchased a ring from Vosali in March 2023, and in June, the ring started changing color and tarnishing. Very disappointed. Have sent an email to their service department this morning with a purchase receipt and two photos of their failing product. Let's see what they will do. I am not a very satisfied customer.

I wanted to re iterate what my Husband has put in his review ...
He bought me a ring which was beautiful ... I had many people that commented on it .. unfortunately the stone fell out .. my Husband emailed Vosali and included pictures and obv proof of purchase .....Vosali have been brilliant to say the least ..There was no arguement etc they immediately said that they would send a replacement ...which they have ....I can't say just how good they have been ...so so pleased with the ring ..and so so pleased with the service ...I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Vosali again . By the way he also bought me earrings shortly after the ring ...they are beautiful..and there has been no problem with those whatsoever..

Bought my wife a 2ct ring. Which came early and looked beautiful. Unfortunately approximately 3 weeks ago. The stone fell out and was lost. I contacted Vosali who responded very quickly.
My wife has now got a brand new ring, which Vosali replaced.
The service we'd had from start to finish has been remarkable.

Don’t read the reviews of Loox.io as they curate only the good reviews

The best thing about this company is the box they send the ring in. That’s it.

I believe they are selling fakes out of China and they won’t offer a refund or any kind of after sales service because they are just a marketing front.
Avoid them, the rings are cheap and plastic feeling the stone sparkles but not worth the money.

Do not trust this company. Ordered two rings that looked so fake. Emailed requesting a refund, paid $150 in shipping to return to an address in Australia. Never got refunded! Have emailed numerous times and received no response

SCAM - FRAUD
THIS COMPANY TOOK MY MONEY WITH PROMISE OF HIGH QUALITY GOODS - excellent customer service and 30 day no hassle refunds!!! ALL LIES. Ring was received, was not as described - asked for refund. Told to send back register post to AUSTRALIA now I’m GBP140 out of pocket - no ring - NO REFUND - NO REPLY. Do not buy from this company. Even trust pilot have been removing fake reviews of excellent service!

i mistakenly ordered the wrong size ring it was a 2 caret
I e-mailed the company and they sent me a new ring free of charge. Received it in a couple weeks and it's absolutely beautiful. They are great to deal with.

I received a ring a day ago from my husband and it tested as CZ or some less expensive stone. But definitely not Moissanite. I had it tested and true Moissanite will test as a diamond. This tested as a lower quality gem.

I wrote a long detailed review of how bad this company is but they removed it !
How convenient !!!!!

I received my order and it was nothing like what I expected. It was a pretty ring, but really not the quality I wanted. I got authorization to get my ring refunded.
I proceeded to paying to have it shipped back, but refused to pay almost 200$ for tracking, but I did pay 60$ for registered mail. In the box I added the original receipt with the original order number.

Now I am told they will not refund my purchase because They did not get a tracking number.
It is a matter of opening the returns logging it towards the order number that was included.

Very disappointed because in total this ring with the trackings cost between 400-500$ CDN

Absolutely outstanding customer service!! I have had my ring for nearly a year and noticed some tarnish. I contacted Vosali with a photo and was immediately offered a replacement! Good quick responses to emails. My new ring has now arrived. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.
