Bought a gaming pc from them friendly great oc would recommend buying from them if you want a fast and strong pc quick respond and awesome service..

Buying an expensive new PC…especially off of the internet can seem a little bit daunting.

Please rest assured (that at least from my own experience) that buying from ‘ProtechPC’s’ is a safe and reliable option.

I found them after finding a custom build that matched the spec and price I was looking for on Facebook marketplace….so I was probably a little more reticent out of the gate than perhaps if I’d come across their website first?

Anyhow, to cut to the chase, I found myself in touch with Harsh, who did everything he could to settle any concerns I had regarding the sale, kept his assurances and then did (and continues to) be helpful and resourceful in answering any questions I may have.

As for the PC itself. It was packaged well, built beautifully and functions perfectly.

The primary reason I even continue to bother Harsh with my mundane questions is not because the build warrants further enquiries, but because of how open and helpful he has been throughout. He’s a standup guy, going out of his way to make his company stand apart in the level and the quality of customer service he/they provide.

I cannot recommend ProtechPc’s highly enough and they truly do deserve the 5 star reviews they’ve received from their customers.

If you are on the fence on whether you take a chance on these guys, put all of your fears aside and take the leap of faith…you’ll be glad you did.

At first I was really sceptical about buying a pc online. I was anxious how the build was going but Harsh made sure to send plenty of pictures and keep me updated. Everything was smooth and clear and the pc got here surprisingly fast and I couldn't be more happier with it.

the PC it self is running beyond expectations, playing games smoothly and getting a higher FPS than what they advertisied.

This is my second hand built pc from pro tech pc’s it’s top of the range so as you can imagine cost a lot of money but I had no hesitation in confirming the build to go ahead because there knowledge, workmanship and professionalism is second to none. Every step of the build I was sent photos and any questions I had were answered promptly.

Due to my stupidity, I did not notice that it clearly states that deposits are non-refundable please be aware. However due to quickly deciding that I longer wanted the PC for financial reasons, they were kind enough to offer a refund for my deposit which some businesses would not do. Not only that they offered me great information regarding the compatibility of components. Once I saved up I will definitely be buying my first PC in November with them.
