Love the product...works as described...because I love them, I decided to order for Xmas gifts...I did have a delay in receiving 2 that I ordered however...Marielle was quick to respond and offered a fair resolution (they did arrive after Xmas...). Sorry. This is a rip-off.
Ordered on Dec 12th as a Christmas present for my farther-in-law. Just came today on Jan 6th. The blower doesn't come with a battery. So it's $200 for a piece of plastic and another $100 for a battery. Then it doesn't come with a battery charger!? You have to be kidding me! I went to order that and was told... "sorry we are out of chargers, go to Lowes and buy a charger". All in al a terrible and expensive experience.

My package was delivered to my office…
My package was delivered to my office on December 26th and we were closed. I thought the package was stolen. Diane from Customer service was responsive and communicated with me to figure out what happened. Turns out one of my colleagues was in the office that day and stored it in his office during the holidays. Diane followed up to make sure all was OK. Great service and follow up.

Great customer service
Ordered on Dec 1 and as of the 21st still hadnt received the package with no tracking info available. I contacted Vortex Haus via email and Diane with customer service went above and beyond to rectify the situation and get me my product. I now have tracking info and it’s on its way! Only downside is my dad had nothing to open on Christmas which was a real bummer.

Vortex Haus Turbo Jet DB : Small but mighty!
I'm loving my Vortex Haus Turbo Jet DB. I ordered the model with the DeWalt battery system to compliment my other DeWalt tools. The Turbo Jet is lightweight but it definitely packs a punch. It has a powerful output with a variable speed trigger. I have a strong gas powered leaf blower, but I typically grab the Turbo Jet instead due to its power, portability, and lower noise. I am also able to clean in tighter spaces like my pool pump house with the Turbo Jet. It uses batteries relatively quickly so depending on the job, you may need additional batteries.

Fire! (ETA) Put out!
It caught fire on first use out of the box today.
At first it was a one star for catching on fire with correct battery in it(before you ask). When the company saw my review they reached out. I have revised my review to amend for amazing customer service they replaced broken one, including a new Dewalt battery and charger and gave me a full refund for both machines I bought. They went above and beyond what I ever expected. This is so rare nowadays with a world filled with scams and deception. I only left it at 4 stars because they responded to negative review not my emails. But I thank them for standing behind their product and making it right.
