Battery compatibility with blower
I was pleased with the patience and support in resolving my concern. Barring any unforeseen circumstance I feel that the blowers live up to the hype. The fault was with my batteries and chargers which operated quite fine with my tools but underperformed with the blowers. Perhaps my experience might help others in the future. Thanks for your assistance.

Surprisingly strong velocity!
Received the blower and grabbed a Makita battery…snapped right in. The velocity is surprisingly strong! Timing was great since we had a storm imminent. I needed to clean the gutters and usually use a leaf blower which means long, tangling cords and a cumbersome blower. The Vortex Hause made quick work moving big piles of leaves and debris out of several places they accumulate. Gutters…also fast and easy! I like my truck bed clean and tidy…this blower is perfect for that! Cleaned in seconds! I’m positive that I’ll find many uses for this tool. Easily…five stars!

Ordered easily. Communication was good from order with automated updates. Received the battery and then reached out stating I didn’t receive the main body.
Like lightning in a good way the response was super quick and helpful.
I was to receive that separately and will be today. Surely enough I received it that day with a follow up unprompted to make sure I did.
The kit is really powerful and I was surprised by its power. Not used it yet as weather is awful in the UK !
Initial thoughts. Looks good. Powerful and customer service is awesome.

I wanted to share how happy I am with the warranty experience I had with Vortex Haus. I sent an email regarding an issue with my blower. Diane the Customer Support Agent emailed me the very next day and very eager to help. I sent a short video to show them what was going on and within 1 hour I got a response back saying that they were sending me out a new blower the same day. It is soo nice to see a company that actually cares about their customer experience.

Very good product, even better support
I let a sweatshirt drawstring get sucked into my brand new unit which shattered many of the fan blades. I reached out to support and Diane was fantastic and is shipping me a replacement fan blade and responded within minutes on multiple back and forth emails. Enjoying the product but the support is even better which I find can be very hit and miss these days with many retailers.

Missing package
At first I didn’t receive the package even tho the delivery company said it was delivered. After further investigation my package was delivered to the wrong address by the delivery company.i reached out to vortex customer service and Diane was very responsive and quick to help- I. I ordered 3 items and originally only recieved 2 so i thought there had been a mistake. I contacted customer service and they explained the missing battery is always shipped separately. Sire enough the very next day the battery arrived. Thier response time was very fast, helpful and courteous.

Solid performance and thoughtful design
I’ve been using the Vortex Haus blower in my workshop, and I’ve been really impressed with the performance so far. It’s powerful, easy to control, and genuinely useful for a wide range of shop cleanup tasks, especially sawdust and fine debris.
