They have been phoning for more than a month. becoming really ill and anxious. I am unable to perform anything and occasionally miss crucial calls because I refuse to answer 08 numbers out of fear of the aggressive tone of this company's staff.

Their customer service is terrible

Their customer service is terrible. I bought a 100K account with crypto, but due to fees, the payment fell short. I spent four days trying to sort this out, but they kept giving me the runaround, promising to escalate it to their manager There were signs of quote manipulation, especially when I tried to withdraw funds. I ended up losing around $10,000 in trading value, while similar trades on other platforms were profitable. Despite having good legal representation, I had to bring in specialized agents to deal with this mess. In forex, CFD, and crypto trading, this kind of hassle is the last thing you need. Just stay away from them.

I have promptly terminated all correspondence with them without delay, as I have no inclination for further involvement. Even amidst the relentless setbacks, they unabashedly insisted on my heightened commitment. I have acquired profound insights from this encounter, I now place my steadfast allegiance in the offerings of £chelonis £litus drawn by its unmatched virtue and unwavering proficiency.

Vortexpro - rip off

Like others before me, I am unable to obtain my money following the alleged closure of the UK office (seems to be their standard ploy!). I only invested a small amount and when I tried to get it back they told me I had to pay more money in a Crypto wallet to receive my investment back (which by the way had fo some reason, dramatically increased to £30k).
Same as for other people, I to was contacted almost daily by a guy called “ Alex” and “ John” to arrange “ my refunds”. Both continuing to try to convince me to part with more upfront fees.
The last time I was contacted my investment in Crypto was at $7500 (strange how it dropped from £30k) and they wanted me to pay £1800 into the Fujitown account in order for me to get all my money back. I basically told them where to put their request and told them that they were nothing but a scam group, which didn't even seem to phase them.
Luckily for me I didn't lose that much but I would advise anyone out there to avaoid Vortexpro like the plague.
The website appears to have closed down but you can bet they will reamerge under a different name.
As the saying goes, if it seems too good to be true, it usually is.
Be careful out there all you budding investors

Full marks for scammer persistence

As with others, I am unable to obtain my investment monies following the alleged closure of the UK office. Having invested £6 K and paid £9 K toFujtown in order to withdraw my investment, I am being told to put another £9 K in a Crypto wallet to receive my investment back. I am contacted almost daily by “ Alex” (the so called Vortex desk manager) and “ John” (the so called top finance guy in Vortex) to arrange “ my refunds”. Both continuing to try to convince me to part with more upfront fees. Have reported this to the UK fraud investigation service. If anyone knows how to beat these scammers I would love to know ( other scammers stay away!)

They are still at it

They are still at it! Another call today saying they were closing their London office "as a result of new regulations", and would refund my money but I would have to pay "taxes and fees" upfront. Got shirty when I said this was another scam like paying "gas fees" for a fake Atomic Wallet account.

Absolute scam - no longer accessible.

Like others I tried to withdraw my money after realising that this was likely to be a scam. Initially was promised my money in 15 days max. Now I cannot even open the Vortex site - at least others may be spared the awful experience. Absolute scam. Fortunately only invested the minimum amount. No doubt they will open another website.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCUM SCUM SCUM

SCAM SCAM SCAM, I would put minus stars if possible. These low life scum bags lie and lie and pressure you into taking out loans and money out on credit and trick you by showing you your making profit. They then pretend to give you your money back in Crypto, which is not what was requested or promised and which they can access, then they try to get you to pay large charge to access the wallet but they have written in dodgy smart contract in the blockchain so they get it all back. The wallet soon disappears when you don't pay.
They're nothing more than a bunch of Sociopaths to have no consciences to be able to rip off hard working people that are only trying to make life a bit easier. AVOID and contact your bank immediately and fraud team!!!

Have I been "dropped" due to my small trades?

Signed up only 1 month ago and all was well. Had an appointment with my broker 2 weeks ago. He didn't attend and I've not been able to contact him. I've contacted Customer Support and my original contact but no response. Have I been "dropped" due to my small trades?
