Fraude!

I placed my order on August 21st, and after more than two months, I still haven’t received the item. Despite several messages, the company keeps refusing to issue a refund, saying they can only do so after delivery — which never happened!

This is unacceptable customer service. No transparency, no real help, and absolutely no sense of responsibility toward their customers. I’ve waited long enough and will never buy from this company again.

Avoid this store — they take your money but don’t deliver your order.
