Stay away from this dealer, based in Langley SL3 6DB, they are scammers and liars, sold my daughter a Vauxhall Corsa with endless problems, they deceived us into paying £4500, for a car that wasn't even road worthy and dangerous to drive, 24 hours after taking the car issues started to arise:
Engine lights on
Coolant Leakage
Oil Leakage
fan coolant constantly on
AC not working
heater not working
doesn't change gears accordingly
brakes not efficient
Car involved in an accident to which wasn't even disclosed

These scammers get cars from auctions and sell them on without checking cars over, in the process of reporting to the Ombudsman

It’s a complete scam, broke down within a week of having the car which turned out to be a head gasket and a write off! Then after checking the papers the small print shows sold ‘as spares and repairs’ even though it didn’t say that in the advert on car gurus. The advert was taken off straight away and now un retrievable from car gurus website, so I have no leg to stand on regarding a refund of my £2000. Obviously when I called them for a refund they didn’t care so I’ve been completely scammed. On further investigation, all of the mot certificates are provided by a near by mechanics that is owned by the same person, so obviously this is how they are getting away from it. Please avoid, wish I’d looked on here first. They’ve changed there name from vorase motors to zardari motors, probably to get away with all the court cases. I really wish there was more power to prosecute these rogue traders, as it’s day light robbery and putting people’s lives in danger!

Absolute shocking place to buy a car, I’ve had my car now for 1 month, the engine warning light has come telling me I have reduced speed, when I turn the heater on I start to smell burning. I called the garage to ask for help and I was told in not so many words I was on my own and they wouldn’t help. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER.

My teenage daughter was looking for a reasonable priced Corsa as her first car to learn to drive in. She saw a 2012 aged version that was competitively priced from this dealer. What she bought was an unroadworthy insurance write-off that had so many mechanical issues that it had to be scrapped weeks later. The small print in the paperwork did state sold as ‘spare and repairs’, however at no point was this explained to her and the price paid suggested a market price for a vehicle in good condition. If you do decide to risk your money with these people, ensure that you do your full checks, read the paperwork thoroughly and get an independent mechanic to verify before committing. I would also question the validity of the MOT that it came with and suggests a wider scam at play. My advice would be to steer well clear of this potentially dodgy trader.

Just to add to what everyone else here is saying, avoid at all costs. The Fiat Panda I bought broke down before I even got a mile from the garage. They hadn't even left enough petrol in it to get me to a local garage. An employee came out with some petrol and proceeded to rant about how bad his day was going. No sense of an apology.

We were lucky to make it home as we lost a power as one of the cylinders had stopped working. Just cost me £200 to get a new coil and plugs put in. Only hope that's it, for a while anyway. l won't even bother trying to recuperate that. My own fault, should have taken one look at the place and ran a mile.

The two five star reviews are so obviously fake so know your looking at a zero star company if that was possible.

The worse thing about my car purchase experience from this car dealer was being lied to from the start. For a car that was in " very good condition " it appears to have been parked in a supermarket car park for a month. Arrived with engine management light on. A service record book with obvious entry tampering and a sales invoice which claims I have now purchased a " spares or repair " vehicle.
A lesson learnt.
Never again.

Wish I could give NO STARS. Umer is a thief!! They take your money and give you damaged cars and when you ask for a refund they BLOCK YOU. Vorasemotors will be out of business soon, you have a case coming your way so I suggest you don’t fraud any other people out of cars and money! We have all the evidence. You are liars! You saw two young women and thought that you can easily CON them? You are wrong, one is a doctor and one is a lawyer. We have all the evidence and you have nothing. You either give £401 back and keep your £99 admin fee deposit OR we just take you to court and you will lose ALOT OF MONEY!!!

I wish I had read the reviews here first.
I bought a car from this dealer in Langley and in 4 months it has had two big problems.
First the starter motor died and then a month later the cars steering failed.
I was lucky that it didn’t fail on the motorway just 20 minutes sooner or I probably wouldn’t be here to write this review.
The steering component was severely corroded and should have been picked up in the last MOT but it wasn’t or ignored! Anyway, the Varase dealer replaced the starter motor and didn’t care of checking the cars obviously corroded parts for safety?
When I called them, they were condescending and rude and didn’t care the car after the first 3 months.
How can they say the car is fine and not their problem when it’s only been 4 months?!?

So don’t buy from here unless you want to put your life in danger or spending lots of money putting it right.
I wish the government would fine and then ban cowboy dealers, the only way they will learn.

Should not be allowed to sell vehicles. My Nan purchased a vehicle just under 2 years ago. She’s an elderly woman so doesn’t do a lot of mileage whatsoever, just uses it to potter about in.

I work in a garage myself, so the car is looked after by me and my colleagues. In all fairness, a full service should have been carried out right at the beginning but everything looked ok once we’d given it a VHC. However, we’ve brought it in for a Full service today and the confidence these people have to sell an elderly lady a vehicle in this state, is disgusting.

The offside front wheel bolts have been cross threaded, making the wheel difficult to remove. They look atrocious. The rear pads were also fitted incorrectly which has now damaged the discs. I have pictures for both of these.

Yes, it has been a while since the car was purchased and I don’t expect anything back from these people. I just want others to know that unless you want to buy your car from clueless cowboy mechanics, DO NOT purchase one from here.

God forbid a member of their family is ever sold a vehicle in an unacceptable state like theirs.

AVOID VORASE MOTORS!! Before I start, please do not buy the car you are looking at from this dealership.

I bought a Vauxhall Corsa from here on 23/12/2023. Within 3 days the car had a severe oil leak. Under consumer rights act 2015, Vorase Motors must cover the costs for repairing the car within the first 30 days. I was told they will not cover the costs and will only fix the car if I drive it to Slough… even though I had explained the car was in no condition to be driven. I sent them an invoice for the costs I incurred and was ignored.

A week later, I tried to use my spare key, which to my surprise did not work at all. I got in contact with the dealership and they told me that the car was sold to me with only 1 key, which is a complete lie. There was 3 of us viewing the car, and 3 people can vouch the car was sold with 2 keys. But Vorase Motors are lying to save themself a few quid.

Horrible customer service, have to wait 5 days or text them multiple times to even get a response, and the response is never useful.

Also had an employee swearing at me on the phone, before then putting the phone down on me mid conversation.

I recently paid a deposit of £500 for a car waiting to be MOT'd and told the dealer that I would buy if they manage to replace the exhaust. Went back a week later, and saw that the old exhaust has only been painted over. The dealer tried to convince me that there were no issues, as the car was MOT'd without problems.
I asked them to refund the deposit as the exhaust had not been replaced, which was my only condition.
20 days later I still did not have the refund. I called them several times, and received different promises and explanations. Finally, I had to go there in person to get my money back, but only partially. They deducted £99 admin fee, saying I wasted their time. The admin fee was never mentioned at the time I paid the deposit.

Dishonest. Please avoid!
Paid to reserve a car 5 days in advance as I was unable to get to the dealership until Friday. I confirmed and stated at least 3 times that I would be viewing the car on the Friday morning. When I got to the dealership the car wasn't there and they tried to tell me I reserved a different one. When I pointed out the reservation fee and their text mentioned the reg number they changed the story to saying the car was due there on Saturday. All through our conversation the guy was answering his phone and walking away. Couldn't adequately explain why the car wasn't there. I'm assuming they either sold it or it doesn't exist and they use it to get you there so they can sell you a different one. I left and requested a refund of my reservation fee. It's been nearly 3 weeks now and no refund has been received. I would have given them 0 stars of that was possible.

Went to visit to view a car yesterday for my teenage son . Car didn't exist and never did do . Place was more described as a junk yard . Person refused to talk to me only my husband I presume because I was a women ! Cars in awful state avoid at all costs .

Bought car for daughter who is living in the UK for the first time. Bought over zoom. R wasVERY helpful and promised to make sure car was safe and ready to be handed over in the best condition possible for our teenage daughter.
Daughter has driven it for not more than 5 hours over a whole month.
1) Battery died twice at night in the middle of nowhere. She doesnt know anybody. Chap said battery was old.
2) Two tyres were bald. MOT friend inspector said they definitely would have not passed an MOT!
3) Reverse light doesnt work.
Spoke to R. NOT his problem. Tyres go bald over use? Battery must have left the lights on. Lights were working. When she first knew the reverse lights weren’t working we informed R.
Customer Service has been despicable and true car dealer fashion. Don’t care. Sold the motor now. Good car. not disputing that. But, to rectify dangerous issues Raja has been absolutely shocking discourteous and disregarding.

An update on my car which I bought from Vorase motors 2 months ago:
After having to pay £260 for a whole new exhaust and the owner telling me to take him to court. (I was polite), I picked my car up from the garage and halfway home I heard a knocking noise. I pulled over, called my mechanic and he said bring it back. He put it on the ramp and saw that the coil springs were all rusted and snapped.
I haven’t bothered to called Vorase motors as they were disinterested regarding the exhaust but I wanted to warn you all about this company. The coil spring is costing me another £160!!! I can only afford to have one done the other has to wait but it hasn’t quite gone yet but will need changing soon also. Check your car thoroughly before buying from this company in Langley
