• Your domain renewal was not paid, which automatically causes the domain registrar to suspend the domain. This is a standard industry process and is outside of our control.
• Despite this, we continued hosting your website free of charge for more than a year, even though the domain itself was inactive.
• Our team contacted you multiple times to explain the renewal process and how to restore the domain.
• As an additional gesture of goodwill, we offered to provide a replacement domain at no cost, but this offer was declined.

Voolt uses accredited domain registrar infrastructure (Wild West Domains / GoDaddy reseller network), which is a common and legitimate system used by thousands of companies worldwide.

We are still willing to help resolve this if you choose to contact our support team at support@voolt.com.

Voolt DELETED my Business Website!

This company deleted my business website domain with Go Daddy and the website isn’t set to expire until 3 months from now!

I was with Voolt for 2 years using their website builder and I switched to another company recently to design my website, now all of a sudden my website domain that I purchased through Voolt, which expires in 06/2026, doesn’t work. When you type in my website, it goes to a random Lander page. It’s been like this for 3 weeks already and I am losing business because of this.

Voolt is trying to recover it within the 30 day recovery period. It’s been 3 weeks since deletion and nothing. I spoke with godaddy and they said call Voolt it in their hands to recover the website and Voolt is saying godaddy has to lift a restriction in order to recover the website. Voolt doesn’t want to pay the recovery fee. Apparently if you stop using their services they will “accidentally” delete your business website domain you paid for and then blame godaddy. Unbelievable & shady business practices.

UPDATE: 4/5/26

Voolt stated in their last email they will not renew my annual domain subscription that I paid for which expires on 06/29/26. They state they can only recover my domain (which I bought through their website and they "accidentally canceled" back in February) once the domain name expires on 6/29/26 by acquiring through auction when the domain becomes available on marketplace. Unbelievable, Unprofessional, Unethical.

Don't change my domain name !

Overall good experience except being able to customize some things but recently they switched my website domain that I've had for 2 years too a .voolt.com without my knowledge or permission.. In situations like this, when a custom domain is not renewed or becomes inactive, the system may temporarily revert the site to a .voolt.com address to keep the website accessible instead of leaving it completely offline.

they took too much money from my account. the leads are same as everyone else. they sell the same lead to several contractors. the quality of the leads is not as advertised. Most of all I am having a hard timr geting in touch with them, lousy service.

Goes beyond

I’ve been using this company for about a year now and it’s been great.

Just last week spent $300 to receive over 13 leads. Which turned into $4000 in sales for my power washing company.

Just inserted another $300 hoping for the same or better results.

Will use it for my commercial cleaning company soon.

Understand the platform before committing

I spent a lot of time speaking with this company and I appreciate that they refunded the last balance amount however I cannot recommend them for several reasons that I do not wish to take further time to re explain. If you are a small service business take the time to get a Google Business Profile and try to get onto Google Local Services. Learn the Meta platform and place ads on a limited budget. Beware that the optimization option for both companies as it does not provide transparency and can quickly eat up your budgets. Imo this is a mistake that Voolt makes without proper transparency.

• In cases like this, our usual process is to restore the balance, update and optimize the campaign, and relaunch it with the right setup to help you get the best possible outcome. We fully understand that this wasn’t the experience you expected, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it caused.

• Given the challenges with flexibility and the fact that our platform may not fully match your current needs, we agreed it would be best to part ways for now. As promised, we processed a full refund of your most recent $175 deposit, and the receipt has been sent to your email for your records.

I invested $500 with good intent and all i got was visits and deductions of my money but no leads.
I cant even get into the dashboard to add my website domain because its not there. The customer support is poor.

During your initial conversation with our sales representative on April 30, 2025, it was clearly explained that Voolt currently does not offer phone support. However, we do provide live chat assistance, and our team is committed to responding to all email inquiries within 1 business day—in many cases, much sooner.

2. How Our Ads Work:
In the same conversation, it was also explained that our advertising campaigns operate on a Cost-Per-Click (CPC) model. This means you’re only charged when someone actively engages with your ad. While this doesn't always guarantee a lead, it ensures that you're only billed for real user interaction.

3. Your Campaign Results:
Your campaigns ran from May 2nd to May 16th, generating 7 leads with a total spend of $220. These leads came from real individuals who clicked on your ads and showed interest in your services. While we strive to deliver high-quality leads, it’s important to note that the actions and responsiveness of potential customers are ultimately beyond our control.

4. Resolution:
Following our phone conversation on May 16th, both parties agreed that—given your dissatisfaction—the best course of action was to end our partnership and issue a full refund of the $275 you had paid. The refund has already been initiated, and you should see the funds reflected in your account within 10 business days.

Fake company with fake leads

Fake company with fake leads. Please do not sign up with this company. They will mislead you, makes excuses why things didn’t work. The Facebook ads were the worst. They were using fake customers to pretend like they were calling me. You will not have access to any of your information. The ads they run are garbage and have stock images. These guys are total frauds. Please avoid if you’re reading this review. Trust me, I’m trying too save you time and money. On top of that, they refuse to give me a refund back. What type of service is that? Your product sucks and that’s the bottom line.
