I am really really pleased with my new specs, they fit perfectly everywhere, on the nose, over the ears and I chose narrow fitting glasses because I have a very small face, no problem at all, they are perfect. I would definitely recommend them, in fact I have already ordered some prescription sunglasses, so I am hoping that they are equally as good, looking forward to receiving them.
I had no problem with ordering them and they were delivered to me within the time allocated, in fact I received them in 10 days, brilliant.
So to all the people out there, don’t hang about, get on the website and have a look.

It is so easy to order glasses on Vooglam. I have soo many pairs of glasses now and I get so many compliments with all of them that I wear. I constantly tell people about Vooglam and how great and wonderfully priced the glasses are.

Well, the experience with Vooglam has been a pleasure. The first set of glasses I received. Someone probably was tired and/ or sick because the prescription in the glasses was wrong but the second pair of glasses they got it right and it was nice working with you.

Didn’t get progressive lenses for 2 pair of glasses but did get my 1 pair of bifocals. Love the frames but not able to read with 2 pairs.

I love the look of my new glasses, but the nose pads reek! I tried washing them, but they still have an odd odor that gives me a headache. I'm hoping it will fade.

I was so looking forward again for my new glasses to arrive...opened the box ...loved the frames but I couldn't see a thing ...I live alone and no family so they were my Christmas gift from myself. the frames were great but. Again I couldn't see !!! Even worse then the first pair I bought.
Today is Christmas eve. You've made me so sad on this beautiful celebration of Christ.
I just want my money back to my checking account...and I'm not going to go threw all the jumping threw hoops again ..

There is no refund service. They canceled an order, I forgot about that glasses order, and a month later they revived the CANCELLED order, CHARGING me $74.61 without my authorization or knowledge. I have complained about this IRREGULARITY 5 times, and they DO NOT refund my money.

I liked the look when on line. However, the glasses are too large for my face as well as being Waay too heavy. I want to return them for these reasons. This is the second time I have written to ask how I can return these blue light glasses.
Please let me know about how I can make the return. Thank you.
