I had a very bad experience, the website didn't work during payment and I was charged twice, then they forgot to process my delivery for the requested date, then they sent me a wrong item ... However, I have to say that customer success was really friendly and understanding, they refund me those errors immediately and apologised. Meal quality was good - not fantastic but quite fine! I might repeat once more.
The delivery service was excellent. The dinners are all delicious, nutritionally balanced and reasonably priced. Having them to pull out of the freezer has really freed up my week. I'm still cooking at home but when I want the day off, I know we still have warm, delicious, nutritious options in the freezer. So easy! Everyone is happy! Such variety! Thank you, Vood!
We have used Voodmeals for a while and just love the quality, value for money and the convenience of always have a couple of good meals in the freezer.
Overall not satisfied.
Taste is repetitive and not developed
Texture is sometimes chewy.
Aside some good surprise, overall disappointing
The subscription is also misleading and prone to mistake.

Thank you for your feedback. Tatse is very personal ofcourse but we are happy with your feedback. If you would have let us know that you didn't want a subcription we still could have cancelled the order before it was send. On the website it says 'subcription' or 'one-time' before you pay, than you even see with the subcription 'every X weeks', and than when you move on it says 'start your subcription'. We are even promoting the one time orders a lot, so there is absolutly no change we want to mislead people. We are always flexible to help and cancel a subcription if someone is not happy with the taste so we won't send another order, even the day before we can still do that. Sorry to hear you feel it's misleading.
The delivery and the service function are good. Easy to pick food online, practical..
The food itself, aside from few good surprises, is not great.
Especially in comparison to similar concept food ypu can find in stores.
The soya meat concept is nice but the texture and taste is not pleasant.
Thank you Vood for your help in our difficult time, we will remember you nicely. But I will not go back for taste.

We have been receiving meals from Voodmeals for a long time and we love them. Always friendly and direct customer service, full flexibility to set your schedule (sometimes we set it to 8 weeks just to kind of pause it) and a lot of choice.
Price and quality is great, at times it is hard to cook a single meal for these prices yourself.
We often order to bring on holidays as well and love to have the freezer full of quick options when things don't work out or the left-overs just come up a little short ;)
5 out of 5, one of our favorite little luxuries that has made our lives a little bit better for years.

Tasty and eco-friendly meals. I especially love the conscious packaging (I hated producing so much plastic with other meal services). I'm not vegan but I enjoy good vegetarian meals - these meals were quite nice. I also didn't have any issues with ordering or delivery. The one thing I am adjusting to is the longer cook time since the meals are frozen, but it's easy enough if you plan ahead. My new go-to meal service!
