Their Shipping and Customer Service Are a Mess
It had been over Three weeks since I placed my order and it still hadn’t arrived. When I checked the tracking, it was stuck at the post office. I reached out to customer service multiple times via email, but never received any response. In the end, I had no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company, which was a very stressful and frustrating experience. Overall, the lack of customer support was extremely disappointing.
