I was billed twice for a premium subscription. When I informed the billing company about the overcharge, Iwas informed that it would be taken care of, and someone would contact me. Long story short it didn’t happen. I messaged Volumio help directly, and the matter was handled immediately.

I have been with Volumio Rivo for 1 year now. So this is my experience so far. Out of the box it was quite easy to set up with good instructions. Initial sound was good and better than other streamers I had purchased, this was expected as the price is quite high for a minimal transport. I upgraded to a linear power supply and this had a dramatic effect raising the quality substantially, so factor this in , you will need a good power supply to get the most from your Rivo. I primarily use Tidal masters and CD transport , and this all works very well. My only real outstanding major issue is that the Volumio App software which I run on an an pad is very buggy, It freezes quite a lot and needs resetting often. Not sure why this is and it can be hugely frustrating and let's the whole experience down. Also If the App was available for Mac OSX that would help a lot. But this is probably not on the horizon. I also use the App with an Android phone. In summary, Volumio Rivo is relatively quite expensive , but the sound quality is excellent which is what matters the most. I use it with a Chord DAC 64 and Naim amplification and Wharfedale speakers.

Volumio is really the best product, I have tested all the others (I won't name them out of respect).

Installation is more than simple, the unique feature list that sets you apart from the rest!

My only regret concerns the multiroom which today is only compatible with Chromecast. Volumio is truly a high-quality product that deserves much better, but I'm sure this will be incorporated into the product in the future.

In conclusion, you can go for this product, you will not regret it!

Good working and sounding software on my former Raspberry Pi. Continues to be super good on the Volumio RIVO which I have now. And when I recently had a support issue regarding my subscription I got a helpful answer within one day.

the sound quality is amazing, and the visual look is stunning. i was using the Denon RCD10 before i got this, and the integro just sounds a lot lot better than the denon. denon already was a smallish integrated network amp, and the integro is only about 1/4th the size of the smallish denon, so it is just a lot better than the competition in every way possible. it’s a bit more expensive, yes, but i don’t see why anyone won’t pay the few extra dollars to get something that is so much better.

the integro is only 50wpc, but i don’t use it fill up the entire room with sound. it sits on my desk so i can listen to music while i use the computer. i can’t afford to put a hulking class ab amp on my desk. i just don’t have room for it. besides, the class d amp in the integro is plenty enough and sounds so good that i don’t really see a need for a proper class ab amp on my desk.

the integro is the perfect desktop integrated amp for me, and i mean it is ‘perfect’ in the most literal sense of the word…

Excellent customer service. Prompt reply to my enquiry. My Rivo was ordered and shipped on the same day with a tracking number.

A very effective and economical solution (on raspberry pi) for listening to and managing your music in electronic format when you already have a conventional stereo system for vinyl. With bluethoot, you can also enjoy your audio installation from your phone or computer. When I chose Volumio, it was the only solution with no latency on the bluethoot.
For 2 years now, the solution has been evolving well and is updated regularly.
The mobile application is increasingly responsive. It's easy to install on a raspberry pi, and supports plug-and-play DAC devices.

Overall Volumio is excacly what I need for my old school anaolog system

The versions after March 2019 plays on my RPI on a lower speed. It sounds like a single on my turntable drives with 33 instead of a speed of 45. Till now no solution from Volumio.

Without any prior notice on the Website or by eMail I got the following reply from the service desk:

The Tinkerboard IMG is no longer supported
No new updates will be available for that platform due to a very little request from the customers

Spotify plugin doesn't work properly on my Bladelius ASK integrated amplifier.

EDIT: It was discovered that ASK shipped from the factory in a mode that did not allow plugin updates. Now that the correct mode is enabled, the Spotify plugin updated and is now working as intended. All good.

Direct and quick response from Davide was great. He provided several things for me to check and I was able to solve the Tidal Connect issue by reinstalling Tidal on one of our iPhone devices which didn't see our Volumio device.

Volumio Support replied quickly to my support request, and provided clear and thorough guidance and feedback to my questions. I'm very happy with the support service I received from Volumio.

It was great that someone is out there to help. I come across so many things that are flaky. However, re-flashing is a very painful fix and seems to be the answer for most things. It would be much better experience if we could get to the heart of the problem and fix the software rather than a re-flash,

I am disappointed because there is no way to install the full version of Volumio in a Pro-Ject device, only because they have an OEM contract.
