Based on reviews I was hesitant about buying this. However as it has a 5 watt battery I decided to try it with a 15 watt charger and it works perfectly and gives a good shave when fully charged. I have only had it a few days and will review my thoughts in a few weeks

The charger cable will not fit into shaver, so it is completely useless. I have tried to contact company, but no response. The whole product is very poor quality. Do not purchase

I bought one not 12 months old charge it last about 1 minute.its godd shaver just won't hold charge. I've emailed them twice no response. waiting this time see if they respond

Charged for 8 hrs lasts 10 mins , fails to shave as it should , used 3 times have gone back to wet shave very disappointing product purchased due to rave reviews, absolute rubbish, avoid at all costs!!

Used for 5 mths and broken. No reply on email for help or refund.
Don’t waist your money

This is Fraud. A totally useless product! Nothing works, not even charging.

Shockingly poor product! Impossible to cleanly shave top lip area and nowhere near a close shave anywhere else. Deeply disappointed but at least the price had been reduced by 50% so I've only wasted about 60€. Still ruined my Christmas!! This Chinese manufacturer should be ashamed and the Lithuanian importer should be very embarrassed.

I give it 1 star only because zero star is not an option!
I had this shaver as a Christmas gift and already I have had to charge for the full 8 hours 4 or 5 times (todays’s date 6 January). It doesn’t give a very good shave but worst of all, after the full charging it only gives 1 shave. I do attempt to shave daily but this tool is USELESS.
Avoid it like the plague.

The Voltgroom shaver is the worst purchase I have ever made.
50 pounds down the drain. Battery lasts less than one minute. Shameful that they are still listed as the best shaver. Big lie . Do not waste your time

I was looking for a new electric razor and found a review site (I can't remember which one) but this razor rated the best. What rubbish. The razor looks the part although a little on the light-weight side but when it comes to the quality of shave, FORGET IT! It simply does not do the task. Better to use a blunt manual razor or a pair of tweezers. Don't waste your money, look elsewhere.

The company might try to answer questions. Any way I shall now ask my credit card company to deal with your problem because that's who's it is.
DON'T BUY A RAZOR FROM VOLTGROOM. PLEASE PASS IT ON TO VOLTGROOM. i SHALL BE WRITING EVERYDAY UNTIL I GET AN ANSWER.

This razor is the worst I have had. It does not last for 60minutes of shaving on 1 8hour charge. Mine only lasted for barely 1 shave. It does not give a close shave either, meaning I have to shave a second time with my old Braun foil shaver. A waste of £50. Do Not Buy!!!!!
I only gave it 1 star as it was the least I could give. It's not fit for purpose.

My husband bought a Voltgroom shaver, as reviews looked good. Gives an excellent shave when fully charged, but sadly does not hold its charge. He contacted Voltgroom when the problem occurred - a couple of months after purchase. He was promised a new shaver, which was dispatched to him eventually, after a reminder. However, only a week later, the same problem occurred again - failure to charge adequately, which affects the performance of the shaver. Cannot recommend!

Shaver does not give a clean shave
Unable to cater for daily facial shave.
Neck hair appears to be a particular problem for the shaver.
Forget about it if there is a 2 day growth
Needs too frequent charging to do anything.
Gave the shaver 3 month trial - still useless.
Should have known when purchasing with a € 47 price tag that could not do a decent shave.
Would seriously not recommend

I did read high reviews on a comparison site.
How it got those high I have no idea, but I regret buying 1 long delivery as it comes from the eastern block, quality is poor and the shave is not worth my time. Very poor is an understatement. Only managed to get a partial refund and put it in the bin. I would not recommend this shaver.

It's not a bad product, it's just that the promotional marketing hype isn't remotely justified in my view. Even with a £50 half‐price discount it's not worth the money. Staggeringly the manufacturer has no helpline though it did promptly respond to my two email queries. Annoyingly the device takes a long time to do its job but the results are disappointing, so much so that I've resumed wet shaving.
