Who is the real Company?

In early December we ordered two vests from the website
VoltexHeatedApparel thinking it was the actual company. Now we don’t know if it is.

After receiving an order confirmation with a tracking number, that tracking number didn’t provide any actual information.

By mid January we still hadn’t received our vests, only excuses.

We reported the situation to our credit card company who advised that VolteX had been flagged as a scam. This resulted in our card being cancelled and new cards being sent.

More time had to be spent updating everything that was on autopay with this credit card.

We are now fighting to get our money back and hope the refund confirmations are real.
