All features and fees are listed upfront so that you can decide whether they work for you or not before you sign up.

We would like to point out that crypto-enabled cards available basically all over the world like our Global Plus is are very rare, if exist at all. Europe-only cards are cheaper, but they are not available in other regions. Options for the rest of the world are very limited.

Funds not credited — charged extra for “manual processing” despite following all instructions
The problem was resolved!
I give Volet a 5-star rating for being a trustworthy partner for over 7 years.
I made a USDT deposit via the TON network, strictly following all the instructions provided by Volet:
1. I received the wallet address directly from the Volet system.
2. I sent the exact amount stated in the deposit request.
3. The transaction was made within the required time window.
4. The transfer was initiated from my personal wallet, without any third-party services or smart contracts.
The funds were successfully received at the specified address — confirmed by the TON blockchain explorer. However, Volet refused to credit the deposit, claiming that the transaction lacked certain technical parameters (forward_ton_amount, forward_payload) which were not mentioned in their deposit instructions.
They are now asking me to pay $47 for “manual processing”, even though:
• I followed every step listed on their website at the time of the deposit.
• No information was provided in advance about technical requirements related to how TON transactions should be structured.
• I’ve used this same wallet to deposit to other platforms without any issues.
In my opinion, this is an unacceptable approach. The customer is being held responsible for internal limitations of Volet’s provider, even though no warning was given during the deposit process. If the service cannot reliably credit standard TON wallet transfers made according to their own instructions, this should be clearly stated beforehand.
Otherwise, this feels like a hidden fee scheme disguised as a technical issue.
Hopefully, this review helps others make a more informed decision.

In my opinion it is the best way to transfer money from Great Britain to Russia in the current situation. Fees are reasonable and the support service responds very quickly. There is a 1$ inactivity fee, but according to the support response, it doesn't charged if you have a zero balance.

You can see all withdrawal features and fees on the public website before you sign up.
The small account inactivity fee of $1 is charged from accounts from no activity for 6 months. To avoid that, you are welcome to close your account, or make at least 1 transaction every 6 months. This is a fair policy that is available in our user agreement you accept as you sign up. You also get a warning email telling you the fee will start to apply soon so that you can take action and not pay it.
Account inactivity fees are very common and can be up to $5 a month, much more than on our platform.
Our withdrawal fees are also pretty standard.
These are all things that are either on our public website that you accept or emailed to you ahead of time. No scam whatsoever.
Please respond to our request for details, and we will be happy to check your case and assist you with withdrawals, account closure, or anything else.
