Mobile usability needs work
Excellent support, acceptable fees, but one major downside is that the website is not user-friendly on mobile devices. Navigation on small screens is very difficult, which is unacceptable in 2025. Perhaps an Android app wouldn't be a bad idea either.

Stole my PII & created customer account…
Stole my PII & created customer account for me on my behalf. I have never used their crypto card, I do not recognize it. I do not know Volet or AdvCash their old name. I do not want their services. I never wanted their services.
One day I started receiving emails about "my account" with Volet.com. I never signed up for this account, but somehow they had my first and middle name, and claimed that I needed to upload verification documents.
I contacted support to have them delete my personal information, and close any accounts they or someone else created - because it was not me - and they refused and tried to get me to log in to the account (which I have no access).
I told them no, you are going to delete everything. Account, PII, everything, because it was not given to them by me, meaning it is a result of fraud/identity theft.
So far they have not responded, but they have a legal obligation to delete PII upon request, especially in circumstances of fraud/identity theft.
For purposes of the review, I have technically been entered in their system as a customer, so I have a right to leave a review

Having been in operation since 2014, we do not create accounts on anyone's behalf. There is no point and no benefit in doing that for us whatsoever. Not only would it be a violation, but there would also be no money going through such an account as you would need to deposit it yourself, and our business model is based on users paying fees.
Accounts are only created by users or during a payment towards one of our merchants when an account is created automatically to process the payment.
We do apologize for the confusion, but at the same time we absolutely deny any accusations of wrongdoing.
Please respond to our request for details, and we will be happy to continue and resolve this via our support system.
