5* service and quality
We ordered a Sage Bambino machine and a Baratza Encore ESP grinder from Volcano. The machine came with a free kit containing two flat white mugs, a storage tin, and clip, as well as a 5 month (500g) coffee subscription. The blender came with another free 500g bag of coffee so we ordered something different here.
The kit is amazing and arrived within 24 hours of being dispatched.
The coffee is superb and being able to grind it fresh each day has been a game changer.
We are so delighted and couldn’t recommend Volcano more!!
Support a small business and don’t buy your equipment from a large high street chain!!!

Delicious coffee
The delivery was on time. I have really enjoyed the both bags. The Ethiopian Limu had a higher acidity and bolder flavors which was delicious. The Brazil Fazenda was a lowered acidity but still delicious. I used a 1:14 ratio with V60 poor over.
It was rather disappointing that the bags were only 200g vs others have 250g for the same price.

Coffee machine purchase
I bought a coffee machine and coffee subscription as a gift. The recipient is extremely pleased with it. All I can say is that the delivery process was first rate. I was kept fully informed of progress every step of the way.

Great coffee
I have bought this coffee for my son as part of his birthday present which is at the beginning of November. He is in his mid 30s and enjoys a good cup of coffee.
He has not yet received the gift but what I have discovered is that it was first made in West Norwood which is where he first lived with his wife. This was purely coincidence on my part but I know he will be thrilled to bits when he realises this too.

Every time I buy coffee from volcano, they ask me, at least twice, for a review. So here goes (again): Volcano coffee is really really good and the service is excellent. I wish I could have a sex change so I could have their babies. I also think that they should be made permanent rulers of the earth. OK, that’s the last one I’m doing.

Good tasting coffee
Good tasting coffee, however some feedback in respect of the pods. In my opinion they are a poor design as they are consistingly failing to produce a productive amount of coffee. The pod lid disintegrates and fails in my maching, causing not enough coffee to be produced.
