Very good experience!
This was my 15th car rental in Iceland, and I have to say, volcano cars was with the best, so far. Car was brought to the airport, the delivery man got in touch with me the moment I arrived and was there with a sign. Waiting patiently for finding my nephew he then had the paperwork ready and took the time for telling me all I had to know and answering all my questions. The 4x4 was for the best price and in very good condition. No deposit was taken. Got a thoughtful stormwarning with a paper describing the roadsigns, which is really useful. Brought the car back to the airport and just left it there, no time wasted. The owner is there with whatsapp, being always friendly and responsive.
I'll be renting from them anytime in the future.

Everything went fine. When we arrived at the airport we received a text message and we directly got our car. Further we received detail information about weather and traffic conditions which were very helpful.
One day we‘re back in Iceland we will choose Volcano Cars again. 100% recommendation.

We had a great experience with Volcano. We were met personally by an agent waiting for us at pickup, had communication throughout our trip with questions on WhatsApp, and had an easy drop off. The vehicle was as expected and just what we needed for our trip.

Absolutely the best rental car experience ever! Excelent customer service, professional and personal communication which I really appreciated. Very good car at a good price. Pick up and drop off at the airport was very smooth. Completely satisfied!

Everything was great! We can recommend Volcano cars!

One of the best car hire experience we have had. We are travelling in Europe for over 7 years and hire cars almost everywhere.
Volcano cars booked through guide to Iceland was the best experience.
The booking was easy and cheap, the communication was great.
Upon reaching Iceland, we had WhatsApp conversations with the car owners and they came to deliver the car at our hotel. The car was perfect, drove extremely well - even on F roads and our perfect companion.
The best thing was the communication and checkin from the owner. We had some bad weather days and the owner did check in on us and have some advice. Also the day we had a slight tire pressure issue the owner was quick to respond and help even while being miles away.
Drop off was also at the airport and easy.
Recommend this company for car hire.

Excellent service. They are waiting for you upon arrival so you get the car very fast without the need to move to a concesionary office. The car was in good conditions (working and clean) and the personnel was extra kind and helpful. The price was also the best I found for our trip in Iceland. Highly recommended.
