a long refund
Even though I canceled my flight ticket immediately on the day I paid for it on Kiwi.com, my refund is not being processed normally.
Since it was canceled immediately after the purchase, it is generally considered that a full refund is possible, and we contacted the customer center about this, but no clear guidance or resolution was made.
In particular, the response that the review must be deleted or modified to proceed with the refund feels very unfair from the consumer's point of view. This seems to be a conditional response rather than a normal refund process, and it is a part that greatly undermines trust.
We would like to ask you to formally inform us of the current situation with clear refund criteria and handling, and to make a fair refund. If necessary, we will also contact the relevant agencies.
