Have not received my order yet. It is close to a month now. Sent email and havent received a reply. Where is my order?

You send me an email to review the feedback I received from customer service in regards to my order and damaged items from the previous order but I still have not heard from you in regards to that email! I placed an order on Dec 17th 2021 and it's January 7 2022! It's over a few weeks since I had placed my order and still haven't received anything. I also mentioned the volume pen that was sent in the previous email that was clearly defective.

I received the wrong item and no one has responded to me yet.... so old hopefully it will be better soon

I don't have a way of tracking my items, which I ordered two weeks ago, and only show as "shipped" on the Shop app. No other info is available so I have no idea when my products will arrive.

Product is ok and it took forever to get to the states. There are better product on the market that are more expensive, but way better fillers.

The product is great. Even when I’ve had issues with orders not arriving, customer service was also great and fixed my order both times. However, still charging £3.99 for standard 3-5 day delivery is poor. Especially when the item is envelope sized and actually costs nothing to mail via the post office. I get there’s a profit to be made, but the delivery is too expensive.

Been waiting 19 days and still haven’t received my order

The pencil I’d give 5 stars but the volume pen isn’t a good product as it seems to dry out after a couple of users ( I’ve had 2)
Recommend the pencil though

Poor customer service in regards to consideration for customers quick to take
Payment, slow to resolve a issue I sent numerous emails and videos but the only two response I got back was copied and paste emails

Rubbish product that doesn't coat the hair just colours the skin and wears off very easily don't buy

After my product not arriving I emailed support who promptly sent me a new package the following day, really happy with the prompt reply from customer service and the friendly and helpful email. Product arrived looks very nice and is exactly as it is described and advertised , thank you :-) will use this brand again and highly recommend

Never arrived. Didn’t rely when I emailed them 🤷‍♂️

I decided to try their new Fuller beard pen but it's not really that good the brush tip keeps falling back inside the pen.
So I have to keep opening the top lid of the pen to push the brush back out and because of that problem the ink dye doesn't always come out.
I've sent two emails to customer services about the problem had no reply very good business that is!!!!.
I will put in a claim in a few days if I still haven't heard nothing from them.
