I am a fan of this unbiased analysis based on my voice. The analysis was easy and quick to perform. I work as a social and organizational psychologist and HR professional, focusing a lot on candidate journey, experience, recruitment, and selection, and I know how difficult it is to get a reliable and objective view of someone's talents, competencies, core values, and experiences. After having done many different paid assessments myself (DISC, Management Drives, MBTI, and several others) through my work and education, this assessment provided the final puzzle pieces that, as we say in the Netherlands, really ‘hit the nail on the head.’ Especially when it comes to what I need in order to truly find meaning and energy in my work. The competency analysis is impressively detailed and based on scientific work. “The Art of Management” by M.A. Nieuwenhuis (ISBN-13: 978-90-806665-1-1, 2003-2010). I’m still reading, but already I can tell that certain aspects of behavior/daily life and work are now easier to understand as a framework that gives me energy—and drains my energy. And where I should especially involve myself or push hard for something, and where I should not. Choose my battles wisely.
