SCAM! My money went away!
I paid for the $5 monthly membership plus the $22 quarterly plan for the desktop app and I have nothing to show for it. The app doesn't work at all.
Every time I try to turn on the voice changer it just says "Something went wrong. Please try again later! #1119" over and over.
I already sent a support ticket asking for help but nobody is replying to me. They happily took my payment for a broken product and are now ignoring me. Do not waste your money here.

This software is real garbage! Their website tells about a free trial, but the software just asks for a subscription from the very beginning. No trial option, no free option. I don't recommend downloading it at all. Keep your time.

I purchased the 3-month subscription…
I purchased the 3-month subscription today and the experience was disappointing from the very first minute.
The software does not work as advertised: my microphone input is stuck at around –60 dB in voice.ai, even though the same microphone works perfectly and at full volume in every other application.
To make matters worse, I never received a confirmation email, no transaction ID was generated by Xsolla, and I have no proper proof of purchase other than a pending authorization on my credit card.
This is the first time I’ve encountered a payment system that charges a card without creating a valid receipt or order reference.
The product was unusable within minutes of purchase, and I immediately requested a refund.
Under EU consumer protection law, digital goods that do not function as advertised must be refunded, and I expect this to be resolved quickly.
I will update this review once the issue is properly handled.

I had a problem with a voice model I…The finest, honest, most helpful company I know
I had a problem with a voice model I tried to download. When it downloaded the program crashed. Voice.ai was immediately responsive to my problem and we tried several solutions unsuccessfully. With every failed attempt they responded in good time with a further recommendation. This issue was finally solve by them and all is back to normal. The troublesome model even downloaded with no problem. I am very serious. The company responded to my every email quickly and with suggested solutions. It isn't often these days a company is as responsive as they were. I am a happy and loyal customer

Not completely free, ai models in search are 4000 of your coins and the rest is pay. Not worth it at all, find a different one for the sake of your computer

Absolutley NOT! Any site that automatically triggers a download without explicitly requesting the download is dangerous! In the case of voice.ai, "Voice.ai Downloader.exe" hit my Downloads folder. Because it is a "Downloader.exe", it's file size is very small. - voice.ai provides a solid examle that could be emulated by malware and virus creators.

A total SCAM, I wish I had checkde on reviews before
I now wish I had checked the reviews of this software before purchasing the 66€ one-time payment. The quality of the voice changer app is so bad that I wonder who would write a good comment about it. I have requested a full refund based on my rights under EU Law, which grants me 14 days to test the software; the answer has been that I am not entitled because I tried using the software, and therefore I have consumed my right for reimbursement. What a TOTAL SCAM. I will pursue legal action. If anybody else in Spain has suffered this scam please contact for common cause. Cheers (and sorry for those who will come...)

Total scam – Free Dubbing AI is infinitely better
I paid €23.5 for a Voice.ai Premium subscription via Xsolla.
The result? A complete scam. The quality is atrocious: robotic voices, constant artifacts, huge latency. Even after following their “official” settings and with a high-end PC setup, it’s completely unusable.
Worse? In English it’s "barely acceptable", but in French it’s like Siri from 2012 with extra glitches. And despite requesting cancellation within 14 days (my legal EU right), Xsolla refused to issue a refund.
For comparison, Dubbing AI in its free version provides infinitely more natural, fluid, and believable results than Voice.ai does while charging money.
In short: misleading product, useless support, and an illegal refund policy.
Avoid Voice.ai at all costs.

Basically they make it impossible to cancel your subscription, so be sure to use a payment service you can unilaterally cancel.
Response: no they are not… also, I tried contacting customer support and I have yet to receive an answer! It’s a scam!

Believe the bad reviews
Needed it for one time use. Forgot to cancel the subscription until about 12 hours later. Reached out for a refund and they flatly refused to help me. If this is their business model, no wonder they have over 80% 1-star reviews.
Maybe switch to a model that doesn't require you to trap people into subscriptions they don't want.
UPDATE: What a dumb response. Don't say that my feedback is important and you're constantly looking to change, if we all know that's not true.
