I'm happy with the service. Just had an issue with the scooter turning off in a certain area due to cellular location service failure. Gave feedback via app and they contacted me. They were very responsive and helpful.
The verification step is so ridiculous that I am not able to rent a scooter for months, whenever I needed! I am asked to take a photo of my driver license only when I scan a QR code on a scooter/bike. I don't keep my license with me when I'm out because I don't drive a car. But the problem is, I can't upload a photo of my license at home because the app only allows it when you scan a QR code!

They don't allow to load already scanned image of the license they only want the real license. Even when I try to rent a bike!!!
