Purchased shoes in November, when they arrived, they were very small, sent them an email.
Said would give me a 30% discount if I kept them, re emailed saying why would I keep shoes at a discount that don't fit?.
Eventually got a address in France to return them at my expense £17.00 from the U.K.
2 months later still no refund after several emails, a scam company save your money and avoid like the plague.

I bought two pairs of shoes, they are too narrow. I went through the proper email address to start a return and it bounced back because it said Vogany recognized it as spam. I then went through the contact us portal on the website and have heard nothing back from them. My 14 days is now up and I am most likely stuck with two pairs of shoes I can't wear. Customer service is awful.

An update on my review. If I could give this company 0 I would.
I returned my item as per requested by them. To an address in France which they gave me and at a cost to myself. Currently that parcel is on its way back to me as no one took delivery of the item! Vogany say they won't do anything until I have it back - they'll obviously just tell me to send it again & I will never get my refund!!

I purchased a pair of boots from Vogany on the basis that they were an orthotic design. This can't be true because when I've worn them i find that I feel I'm losing my balance if the surface is not completely flat. I am very disappointed. I have also since seen the same boot advertised by Temu at a fraction of the price.

Very upset and disappointed with the company's policy! I don't trust shopping online but this time I liked the product and took a chance! The shoes were too big and when I asked for another size, I was told I would have to pay for shipping cost from Canada to France, more than the cost of the shoes!!!The site promises money back guarentee but at a substantial cost to the cusomter! I am still trying to get the company to refund my credit card and take responsibility for the shoe return, the right thing to do by the customer!!!!I am still arguing )-: There has to be accountability for such misleading policies....I will never shop online again!

I ordered an item, which was bad sized and also its quality wasnt on the level they told. I tried to refund it, but their customer service pushed me to accept rather a 30% refund as a "special way to solve the problem".

I ordered a pair of trainers in October. They arrived and didn't fit. They were too small. I emailed Vogany repeatedly and asked for details of where to return the item. I was offered a refund of 30% of the item value. I refused it stating that was entitled to the full price I paid. I had to contact them repeatedly. I was then given a return address in France. I paid a further £9.50 to return the item. In all I'm out of pocket by nearly £50. It is fraud. I will never use this company again. My advise is to stay clear. I wouldn't even give them 1 star really.

Scam Alert: Please stay away from this company, shoes are of very poor quality, material is low grade synthetic, you can smell it. Insoles are not usable, feels like as if you are popping balloons and that carrying case is made of disposable mesh. Not worth it, please please stay away from them, very dishonest company. Also please note that they take awfully long to deliver not 3-5 days as advertised. Product is of course made in china.

It has been over two weeks since I placed an order on your website, and I have not received any updates or the item I purchased. Additionally, I have not received any email confirmation regarding shipping, and I am unable to track the package due to a language barrier on the courier’s website — assuming it was shipped at all.
I kindly request that you cancel my order immediately and refund the full amount to my credit card. Should I not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will have no choice but to report this issue to the police as a case of fraud and contact my credit card issuer to dispute the transaction.
Furthermore, due to this negative experience, I will be leaving detailed negative reviews on relevant platforms, starting with Trustpilot.

let me post this again, since the Vogany robot can read criticism;
All: careful with this company. I bought my wife shoes from them and they took over 2 months to get to Canada. They sent me the wrong size and wanted me to pay for shipping back to France at my cost. Yes, Vogany, that’s what the Vogany website says if customer dissatisfaction BUT, THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZE and still subjected me to their return policy.
I suggest Amazon who have a fair return policy and truly care about customer service.

I ordered shoes in size 42, got delivered a pair in size 43 that were still too small. This company has a really bad return policy. You have to pay return costs yourself. The e-mail address of the customer service that is mentioned on the website doesn't work; I get a virus warning and my message won't be delivered. There is no other way to contact the customer service. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, it is a real scam!

Was very disappointed with the return policy of 14 days and being over the Christmas, New Year break, the shoes I purchased for my mother in a nursing home, were not true to her size, and being 6 DAYS, outside the so called policy time, due to many attempts to email only to have a failed to delivery notice, and by the time I contacting them, I was told

RECEIVED SHOES 14 AFTER ORDERED. FIRSTLY THEY WERE FAR TOO BIG AND THEY ARE CHEAP HARD PLASTIC. I REQUESTED A RETURN LABEL BECAUSE THERE WASNT ONE IN THE PARCEL. I WAS ADVISED THAT I HAD AN OPTION TO TAKE 15% OF THE COST AND KEEP THE SHOES OR ALTERNATIVELY SEND THEM BACK AND PAY THE POSTAGE WHICH WILL PROBABLY BE AS MUCH OR MORE THAN THE COST OF SHOES. I REFUSED AND WILL BE GOING FOR A REFUND FROM MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. PLEASE DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THIS COMPANY

I just received my shoes, way more quickly than I anticipated (I ordered 10 days ago). I had been apprehensive after reading some reviews about horrible experiences. But I was able to track the delivery, and when the shoes arrived, they fit perfectly, so I’m very happy right now. It takes some time and practice to put them on, and at least for now I won’t use the inlays because I think they would make the fit too tight, but they are easy to take off :)) I have yet to find out whether they are waterproof as advertised.
Btw, apparently they were shipped from China. I’m in Germany right now.
Also, I received a note with a discount code for future purchases and pointing out that there were QR codes for “surprises” on the packaging. I haven’t scanned them yet, but was very pleased with the customer experience. Definitely thinking about repeating.

Dreadful company, the item they sent was too small did not fit, I asked for it to be changed to a larger size, they refused because it was a few days out of date from their 14 day return rule. Bearing in mind it was over the Christmas period, when I could not reach them. I am now left with something I cannot wear. Furious!

I’ve had the same experience as many others. Shoes not to size and poor quality. When trying to return for a refund they have to be sent to France at my cost (over $65). The address they gave was a small house - not a commercial place and rather than send the shoes to the company, they gave me the personal name of some guy. I tracked him down via LinkedIn to find he worked for an organisation (not the company) located some 4 hours drive from the address. All very suspicious…..
