Massively degraded server performance
We've been using Vodahost for years, and the servers were fine, with the odd hiccup here and there.
However within the past 8 months, I have created 5 tickets, which is more then we have created then in the past 8 years of being open, but as well all of them being constantly ping ponged back and fourth between ourselves and the support team telling us the server is back up, and then the server either works all day back to normal, or decides to crash and be unusable until I go back to the support team and the tickets I made, it's a total gamble.
As well, the server now as of the start of this year, constantly crashes if you do too many things at once, something that was never an issue before, it has improved since March in this, however it is still a risk we have to be cautious of.
We need our website to be up for our business to not only be seen online, but to function as our website is deeply integrated on how we do certain secure sales following UK law, and it constantly having issues is flat out unacceptable.
While the support team are often quick to respond and the servers have improved slightly since the start of 2025, the servers are still nowhere as consistent and reliable as they used to be.
