Missing Credits and Support Blocking After Payment
I subscribed to VOCOTV reseller program about a year ago and used some of the credits for testing I purchased. When I logged in recently, my account showed zero credits, even though I should still have more than 45 remaining.
I contacted support through their chat. The first agent said he would speak with the manager. When I returned to chat today, the agent told me they had “given” me 10 credits, which is far below the amount I originally had. After I questioned this discrepancy, all communication was suddenly cut off and I have been unable to reach anyone since.
At this point, my credits are missing, the support team is unresponsive, and the chat appears to be blocking further messages. I’m sharing this so others are aware of the lack of transparency and the difficulty in resolving issues with this service.
