My son has been tutored with Vinya for many months, and we’ve had a great experience. During the school year, I was able to request multiple classes per week which was very helpful especially when exams were coming up. My tutor, Mr. Abhay, was patient when it came to explaining chemistry concepts. Mohit and Sanju also replied fast in the case that I would need a class to be rescheduled.

They constantly take feedback from parents and willing to change the tutors if the tutor doesn't suit the kid. The best thing is that the class is recorded and we can review how the tutor/kid is behaving and discussing in the class. This experience is for Math.

I am sharing good experience with Vanaya and I am very pleased with their teaching team. My daughter has had great success and seems more confident working with Priya, her teacher who knows how to keep my kindergarten engaged and happy. The management team also seems very cooperative and quick in responding to every query. Mohit is quite helpful in arranging and rescheduling all the sessions. Thanks to the entire team of Vanaya keep it up!

I've been with Vnaya for about 5 years now, with both of my children enrolled. My husband and I are well-educated professionals, and we were confident teaching our kids ourselves—until they reached high school. That’s when we realized how much the curriculum and teaching styles had evolved. Balancing demanding jobs, household responsibilities, and trying to keep up with their academics—especially here in the U.S. where daily help is limited—became overwhelming.

I started searching online for support and came across Vnaya. We began with a trial class for one child, and very quickly enrolled both for Math and Science sessions.

Since then, I’ve sent multiple thank-you emails to Vnaya, and I truly mean every word. From the Coordinators and Account Reps to the Teachers, everyone is genuinely invested in the child's growth. They regularly check in, request feedback, and go above and beyond to find the right tutor fit.

The results speak for themselves—one of my children is now in medical school, and the other is in a Magnet School, excelling in Calculus and Physics in their junior year.

I wholeheartedly recommend Vnaya for children of all ages. Starting early really does make a difference. This is honest feedback from a grateful mom.

Very good and helps you with any doubts that you have about in the session overall I would recommend for your child to rely on this. Also the tutors are really friendly and always ask about your day.

We initially had a disappointing experience with VNAYA Online Tutoring. We signed up for a plan with the mutual understanding that any unused sessions would be refunded by end of the year. Without any choices left after over a year we were forced to write a negative review initially due to the lack of communication and unresolved refund. Although the refund was eventually processed about a year later, it took multiple follow-ups via phone and email, with no response for almost over a year.
On a positive note, the tutors were very good, professional, engaging, and helpful.
While I do appreciate that the refund was honoured in the end and that we had access to some excellent tutors, the overall service lacked the transparency we were hoping for.

It's been a year since, I have my son enrolled with Vnaya. I would like to take a moment to thank all tutors, wonderful operations & sales team for helping my child with all the academic support. Initially I was apprehensive of online learning but with their personalised one-on one learning platform & Vnaya's special hold on Canadian & US curriculum I had the best experience. It's not only convenient for working parents but also provides a very safe environment for learning via technology.

Vnaya has been a great help in my studies. The tutors explain concepts clearly and make learning easy to understand. Beware of Vnaya Tutoring for College-Level Services

I used Vnaya tutoring for college-level courses and had a terrible experience. Their tutors are not up to par for the level of expertise required, and their policies make it impossible to get your money back—even if you drop out halfway due to poor service.

They claim they'll replace your tutor if you're unhappy, but by the time they do, you could already be close to your midterms or finals—the very reason you signed up in the first place! They also promise a 30-day pause option, but they manipulate the timing, argue over when your break started and ended, and claim you've run out of time.

Tutoring services should prioritize finding the right fit for students. Unfortunately, Vnaya seems more focused on keeping your money than providing effective help. Avoid this company at all costs.

Vnaya will promise during their sales pitch, but their operations, delivery and quality will be sub-optimal. Lack of good quality teacher, lack of consistency and lack of transparency in how they calculate refund.
