You needed to transport a fridge and washing machine, we provided a competetive price for delviery. we delivered at your address, the fridge did not fit through the door, we tried 2 different accsses points and it was too large, bad luck. Then you started speaking in spanish with your daughter but swearing in english, I think that it is tragicomic that you are calling us rude.

Victor and his boys are fantastic!
This review is actually from April last year (2024), but I forgot to write a review then.
Victor and his team are big strong guys that works incredibly hard and non-stop. Not a single thing broken or damaged.
I also got them in a couple of days later to move my 900 litre salt water aquarium. Just the glass box weighed 250kg, that 4 of them carried down a narrow and steep stairway, again with perfect result.
Will use them again this year for my move.

THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST MOVES I'VE DONE AS COMPANY KEPT COMMUNICATIONS OPEN AND THE TWO GUYS EDDY AND LAURENCE WERE VERY NICE AND DID THE JOB WONDERFULLY. COULDN'T REALLY FAULT THEM. DROVE AND THEN PARKED AS PER MY INSTRUCTIONS AS TO NOT BLOCKING THE DRIVEWAY OF THE UNITS. NOTHING DAMAGED AT ALL, WOULD USE AGAIN

The service team was helpful and was willing to provide further assistance with setting up furniture.
The organisation of getting things across was done neatly. The communication was good. The price was as discussed with the service team and cheaper.

You may not get what you ordered.
The movers were fine and only a few things were broken. A couple of those things could be repaired. I got a quote for three men with Marisol, and it was agreed over the phone that three would come but, on the day, a different company came and only two men showed. VMove had sub-contracted to a local company to do the move. I understand stuff happens but there was no call to tell me what was happening. On balance, I wouldn't use this company again. They broke stuff and were expensive.

Hi Gawaine, thank you for feedback. The booking confirmation sent to you at 24/03/2025 11:07:11 AM clearly states, that you ordered 2 men and the truck. As for the subcontract, the truck broken couple of days before your move, so we asked former employee who has his own company to help us out. If were any damages you still shoot us an email.

Don’t recommend
Movers themselves were great, but customer service was awful. Tried to overcharge me by a lot and rude to me over the phone. I don’t recommend. Unpleasant experience.

Thank you for review, nobody tried to overcharge you, but you didn't want to pay the right amount as agreed. You wanted to pay 2 hours less, just because you were paying cash.

Charged almost double the quoted price
This company took four hours for a move of a 2-bedroom unit literally across the street (from number 2 to number 1 on the same road).
It seems like they just decided how much they wanted to earn that day and then charged me that amount. If you use them, be prepared to pay a lot more than what you were quoted.

Such unfair review. You were quoted 2 hours minimum, and it took 4 hours total. There is a difference? Unless you saw guys smoking cigaretes and dragging the feet, your assumption does not make sense.
Great service
Great service. On time, very careful moving items within the houses and loading items in truck. Very reasonably priced. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I have since recommended V Move to 2 friends who will be moving.
