I cant comment on their actual insurance policies, but getting a hire car from these guys after my own car was nicked was a pleasure. Tom and his manager Muhammed Thahir were incredibly understanding and flexible given my specific, and quite difficult circumstances. I was away from home, stuck, and was in a right pickle. Tom even went so far as sprinting across a car park to speak to his manager, Muhammed to find a solution to the obstructions, Europcar were endlessly putting up in releasing a vehicle, and could barely speak he was so out of breath when he got back to the phone, the mad lad 😂. What a legend. Thanks. Hope the bosses ar vMobility look after them both. They give a sh!t. Its appreciated and irrespective of the outcome, I'd have recommended vMobility to people.

Based on my personal experience working with this company, I would strongly encourage customers to be very cautious before using their services.
In my experience, a £1 booking fee is taken which is non-refundable, and customers may be charged for fuel shortages or vehicle damage that they may dispute. Card details are stored and payments can be processed automatically, which can result in customers needing to raise disputes.
I found there to be no clear or effective complaints process, and call backs promised by management were often not received. Customers may be asked to wait in for vehicle delivery within a set time slot, but delays or missed deliveries can occur without clear communication. In some cases, vehicles provided appeared to be of a lower class than the customer’s own vehicle while higher rates were still applied.
From what I observed, vehicles could be collected with limited notice, and customers may feel pressured regarding collection arrangements. I would strongly recommend reading the terms and conditions very carefully before signing, particularly regarding the excess, which may range between £750–£1500 rather than a fixed amount.
If an accident occurs in a replacement vehicle, the process to recover the vehicle and arrange a replacement may be slow and stressful based on my experience.
The company appears to operate through third-party arrangements. Customers should confirm directly with their insurance provider that this company has been instructed before agreeing to use them.
This is my personal experience and opinion. I would advise others to fully research and consider alternative providers before proceeding.
