Stay away

Order placed on the website. No email confirmation received upon placing the order. Oder amount immediately collected from bank account with no order or confirmation number attached on the bank transaction. More than two weeks later, nothing delivered yet. Called customer service. They ask for a confirmation number to be found on the bank transaction to be able to locate the order in their systems otherwise they cannot help. Filed a complaint through my bank to collect the money back. Worst experience overall. Never again!
