Communication was poor. The equipment was delivered damaged. They told me it's only cosmetic, it will still operate properly. The delivery date changed a couple times. The installer showed up the first day and left without doing anything. He was a no show on the second appointment date and the third time he showed up on site without letting anyone know. $15,000 for a water faucet, not impressed.

The Vivreau techs from your subcontracted install company did not do a good job during the install. There was a leak right from the beginning which they still did not fix even when the Vivreau techs came back a few days later. The unit has been shut down and not workable since the first day until just yesterday when another Vivreau tech finally was able to evidently fix it. Also, a mixup during the ordering process had the leak container not delivered for the install date.

Everything went very smooth from ordering the Vivreau system to the installation. Vivreau was very understanding with waiting on install till we had our site ready.

I like the product, but the service the get my unit fixed took a very long time to get parts that didn't work and a whole new unit needed to be ordered, so no water for a month...
